This spacious 150 m² four-bedroom apartment in Alcochete offers a welcoming retreat for families and groups of friends seeking a relaxing and memorable stay. Located on the 3rd floor of the building, the apartment is easily accessible by lift.

The bright and airy living room is perfect for unwinding, featuring a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV for your favourite shows, a dining area, and a balcony with lovely views—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, with appliances such as a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A washing machine and ironing equipment are also available for your convenience during longer stays.

The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families or groups: two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, one has a bunk bed, and another has two single beds. All rooms come with ample storage and hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The three bathrooms are stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience throughout your stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in the charming riverside town of Alcochete, this property offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to a range of attractions and amenities. Just a short drive away, guests can enjoy shopping at Freeport Lisboa Fashion Outlet, one of Europe’s largest outlet centres, featuring a variety of international brands at discounted prices.

For dining, the area boasts traditional Portuguese restaurants like Restaurante Barrete Verde and Tasca do Victor, both known for their welcoming atmosphere and authentic local cuisine.

Cultural enthusiasts can visit the São João Batista Church, a historic landmark that reflects the region’s architectural heritage, or take a scenic stroll along the Pontão de Alcochete, offering beautiful views of the Tagus River.

The nearby Vasco da Gama Bridge connects Alcochete to Lisbon, allowing for convenient access to the capital while enjoying the tranquillity of this picturesque town.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Rua do Salineiro Frente, is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 36-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
