"we were greeted with friendliness rooms were tidy no complaints bit tricky finding car parking not enough spaces and found no internet whether there was internet or not was not told about it but never the less would go back to the beach hotel again"

"Super cute location on the water in Lynmouth. Room #2 is so charming and has an en suite bathroom. The food was in transition but is offered from 12-6pm and breakfast is a short walk over at the Rising Sun hotel. Recommend! "

"We’ve stayed here before so knew what to expect. Lovely big room with tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast fab, came on a hot plate which was a bonus, good choice too. We also used the pool again great experience. Very close to the front and plenty of parking on site."

"Lovely quirky hotel. Staff were fab. Food was lovely and best mussels I’ve had, beating many good French restaurants. Bed was slightly uncomfortable as sloping a bit one way and a pillow menu would be good as I prefer really soft down ones. Good hot showers and loved the windows opening wide as sleep with fresh air even in winter so suited us well. Loved the lounge to sit in quietly as well on a drizzly day. 10/10"
