"I had a great stay here, the hotel is immaculate with good attention to detail, all the staff are really friendly and the facilities are great too. I used the gym most mornings and although it was pretty basic it was good enough to tick most boxes. They have two pool areas that are nice if you want to have a chill day & it’s nice that they provide you with pool towels. Onto the food, breakfast is amazing and they have everything you could imagine and I’d recommend going half board or all inclusive as the dinner spread is so so good, so much to choose from and it’s a different theme every night, it was hard to stop eating and i was blown away every night of how good it was. I send my praises out to the restaurant staff that are all really nice and welcoming but I’d like to give special thank you to Christina, she has such an endearing soul and the hotel should feel blessed to have her on the cards. "

"We had such a lovely time while we were here! From the moment we arrived, everything just felt really welcoming and relaxed. The room was spotless and had everything we needed — and the hot tub was such an amazing bonus! It made the stay feel that bit more special, and we used it every night. The staff couldn’t have been nicer; everyone we spoke to was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care that we were enjoying our stay. Little touches like that really make a difference. Overall, we came away feeling totally relaxed and happy. It was the perfect little break, and we’d 100% love to come back again soon."

"We had a great time on a girls' trip. Delta airlines had lost our luggage for 3 days and the staff was incredible kind and helpful with our situation. They helped with plug adapters and essentials that were needed. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast has everything to get your day off to the right start."

"We had such a great holiday and Bonavida Pines, which was one of two properties. This one had a pool but set back from the beach by about 50 metres. This was definitely not a problem as we got to use the beach from property (Palms) whenever we wanted. Rooms were clean and reception and staff so very helpful. It felt very private which was also a plus. Blanca at the reception and bar was great and sorted out our airport transfer last minute. I’d highly recommend this place because the location and apartment itself were exceptional. "
