"Countess Garden 2.2 (Sun of the Bay Vidalba 2)" is a cosy apartment ground floor with sea views, ideal for couples and families that want to rest in a quiet area, with spectacular and romantic views. Also this apartment is a perfect option for families with children who want to be near a beauty and safe beach and with many options and attractions for the children.
Inside you will find three bedrooms with plenty of light (one room with queen size bed of 150 cm x 190 cm, the second bedroom with two double beds of 90 cm x 190 cm and the third room has a bunk bed.
The apartment has two complete bathrooms, a bright lounge with a sofa, air conditioning in the dining area for six people, a fully equipped kitchen and a spectacular terrace looking straight to the beach and the most beautiful pine path of Puerto de Alcudia. There´s a safe-box in the apartment.
The apartment is located by Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accessible from the beach path.
You´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba... You´ll also find restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.
There are also historical buildings such the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater, the medieval walls of the town of Alcudia.
If you are a nature fan, Mallorcas biggest Natural park, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are just a few km away. There are plenty of hiking routes in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix...

Die Lage des Objetkt´s ist traumhaft. Direkt am Meer dazwischen ein langgezogener aber schmaler "Wald". Daher ist man in wenigen Metern schnell am Meer und der Blick von der Terrasse auf Natur und Meer tut der Seele gut.
Das Strand ist feinsandig und das Meer ist flachabfallend. Daher auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern bestens geeignet.
Das Objekt selber ist sehr schön könnte eine Renovierung und Modernisierung aber vertragen.
Die Schwiegertochter des Eigentümers. hat sich mit uns in Kontakt gesetzt. Sie spricht sehr gut Deutsch, ist sehr freundlich und hilft den Gästen auch über die eigentlichen Vermieterthemen hinaus gerne weiter. Daher von uns noch mal herzlicher Grüß. Es gibt eine direkte Homepage: "www.mallorcaholidaysapartments.com". Dort findet man zu diesem und anderen Objekten der Eigentümer noch mehr Informationen.
In der Nachbarschaft stehen relativ viele schöne Villen, so dass man auch gerne mal spazieren geht.
In der Umgebung gibt es einen Supermarkt der ok ist und einen französischen Gourmet- und Kaffeeshop "LÉPICERIE". dort bekommt man ausgezeichnete Croissants- und Brötchen, Kaffee und frischgepressten Orangensaft, Obst, Pizza und vieles mehr. Ansonsten gibt es auch gute Restaurants in der Nähe.
Zusammenfassend können wir einen Urlaub in dem Objekt nur empfehlen.
Bei der Buchung wussten wir zunächst nicht, welches Appartement wir buchen, da sich die Bilder in der Anzeige auf mehrere Wohnungen beziehen.
Ansonsten war alles da (Grundausstattung Küche war ausreichend) und sauber. Die Wohnung sah frisch renoviert aus.
Supermarkt und Tankstelle direkt um die Ecke und Strand direkt vor der Tür- herrlich!
