Perfect holiday apartment

Very easy process, Frances was quick to reply with any of my questions. Apartment was beautiful and in a perfect location for us, bars, restaurants and the best beach on our doorstep. Would reccomend to families or couples alike.

Schlecht ausgestattet - nicht nehmen!

Ich war mittlerweile acht mal in Port Alcudia gewesen und diese Ferienwohnung war mit Abstand die schlechteste. Die Lage ist super, jedoch wirkt das komplette Mobiliar zusammen gewürfelt und wenn zu diesem Preis einfachste Dinge wie die Beleuchtung auf der Terrasse, die Kaffeemaschine u der Korkenzieher kaputt sind, sagt das wohl alles. Bis auf eines der Bäder ist hier alles Standard aus 1980 würde ich mal sagen. Für diesen pre

Schlecht ausgestattet, lahme Kommunikation

Eines vorab: wir kennen Port Alcudia sehr gut, dies war unser 9. Aufenthalt in der Stadt. Alles in allem bin ich von der Ferienwohnung für diesen Preis echt enttäuscht. Zuerst hat es 3 Anläufe gebraucht, bis sich der Ansprechpartner bei uns wegen der Schlüsselabgabe gemeldet hat. Und dann ist die Ausstattung: alles ist lieblos mit irgendwelchen alten Möbeln zusammengewürfelt. Die billige Kaffeemaschine war das noch kaputt, genau wie einer der Weinöffner und das Licht ging nicht auf der Terrasse, so dass die Kids abends nicht wie so oft draußen am Tisch noch etwas malen oder spielen konnten. Die Lage ist super, aber das wars es auch schon. Würde ich sie weiterempfehlen? Ein klares Nein, da gibt es viele bessere Alternativen, die auch alle in der 1. Reihe zum Hafen sind.

Our family have just returned from a thoroughly enjoyable holiday at this apartment, the location couldn't be better for us, right beside the beach, with shops, great bars and restaurants all a stroll away. The beach would suit younger children due to the shallow calm waters. Any questions we had were handled swiftly from F. We came home feeling very relaxed.

Gute Lage an der Promenade im Ort. In der Nachsaison kein Problem, ansonsten wahrscheinlich sehr laute Umgebung. Unkomplizierte, kontaktlose Abwicklung der Schlüsselübergabe, etc. Erfreulich die Möglichkeit mit Elektroöfen zu Heizen (November), ansonsten wäre es zu kalt geworden. Bedauerlich die spartanisch eingerichtete Küche. Wenn man gerne selbst kocht und nicht immer auswärts essen möchte zu wenig.

Im Winter zu kalt...

In den Wintermonaten zu kalt. Wohnung war leider bei Ankunft unbeheizt. Im Sommer vielleicht zu laut. Die Lage ist super. Alles fuer den Sommerurlaub vor Ort. Wohnung ist nicht so leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wohnung ist hellhörig. Fuer uns leider zu gross, kann die Wohnung aber nix dafür.

Bel emplacement pour vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et confortable. La remise des clients est très pratique, le personnel très agréables. Le seul point négatif est le bruit en soirée car nombreux restaurants dans la rue Mais ce n'est un problème que si vous dormez fenêtre ouvertes.

Wohnung Port Alcudia

Wohnung groß, sauber. Küche etwas spartanisch ausgestattet aber ausreichend. Kein deutsches Fernsehen, meine Eltern schauen gerne Nachrichten und der WLAN Empfang war nicht ganz so gut. Wohnung ist nicht ganz so leicht zu finden aber der Service vor Ort war klasse. Nichts für Leute die es leise mögen, da direkt an der Promenade. Dafür ist man mltten im Zentrum.

Nära till allt. Räkna med en del ljud till följd av centralt läge. Ojämn kvalitet på sängarna det enda negativa med lägenheten. Annars rymlig och fräsch.
