Arena, Beachfront Apartment with direct access to the white sand of Alcudia Bay:
Privileged modern reformed Holiday Appartment, well equipped with direct access to the white sand beach of Alcudia Bay, in an excellent location that enjoys the relaxing atmosphere and at the same time close to all the services of Puerto de Alcudia.

The flat is on the upper floor of a small two-storey building which also has a private solarium on the large upper terrace with sunbeds, a fixed barbecue and terrace furniture, where you can enjoy unforgettable 'al fresco' evenings.The interior of the flat is distributed in the entrance and living room-kitchen open all in one that in turn gives way to the front terrace facing the beach and the sea, also from any point of the interior we can see the beach and even the horizon of the Mediterranean Sea.

The rest of the flat is distributed with the three bedrooms and the two bathrooms with shower-cabin, one of them in the main bedroom equipped with a double bed.

The other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds and the other one with a bunk bed.

The Arena flat is in an excellent location for anyone who simply wants to relax on the beach looking at the sea up to their horizon, families who easily go with their children to the beach, groups of friends who do cycling routes around Mallorca as very close there are companies that organize and rent, in turn it is close to restaurants, shops, leisure place not too far away ...

Wir waren bereits vor 2 Jahren schon einmal dort. Leider wurde über die Zeit nicht in das Objekt investiert. Man sieht an vielen Stellen, dass dort Reparaturen notwendig sind. Ob es die defekte Balkontür, die defekte Zimmertürklinke oder das Garagentor ist. Der Wasserdruck ist so schwach, dass das tägliche Duschen zu einer Geduldsprobe wird. Daran sollte dringend gearbeitet werden. Auch fehlt es an ausreichend Geschirr. Ansonsten ist es ein sehr, sehr schönes Appartement. Die Lage ist kaum zu toppen und auch die Garage auf dem Gelände sorgt für wenig Parkplatzstress. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und soweit gut ausgestattet und frühstücken und Abendessen auf dem großzügigen Balkon ist einfach toll. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Der Meerblick vom Balkon ist wunderschön, für einen Strandurlaub ist dieses Apartment hervorragend geeignet. Aufgrund der teilweise etwas abgewohnten Möbel erschien mir der Preis ein klein wenig zu hoch angesetzt. Ansonsten kann ich es absolut empfehlen, die Lage ist wirklich einzigartig schön und wir haben uns überwiegend auf dem Balkon oder am Strand aufgehalten.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist hervorragend, sehr ruhig!!! Vom Balkon hat man einen phantastischen Blick und die Dachterrasse konnten wir im Mai sehr genießen. Leider hatten die Schränke/Schubladen in den Schlafzimmern einen unangenehmen Geruch.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand, im ersten Stock und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Sie ist groß und sehr gut eingerichtet, in der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Es ist alles sehr sauber, die Betten sind bequem. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Garage. Wir können diese Wohnung unbedingt empfehlen.

Ein paar Sachen sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Fallen fast auseinander. (z.B. Sonnenstoren, Lüftung im Badezimmer) Die Lage/Aussicht der Wohnung ist perfekt. Reinigung könnte besser sein. Ablauf im Badezimmer wurde schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt, starker Geruch.

Oberflächlich Reinigung in Ordnung , aber speziell die Bäder (Duschkabinen ) sind teilweise schon verspaakt und verrostet . Eine Überarbeitung wäre hilfreich . Super Lage ( eigentlich 6 Sterne ), direkt am Strand mit Blick auf die Bucht . Wohnung , Interieur usw. ist naturgemäß schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber durchaus noch annehmbar . Reinigung zwar oberflächlich in Ordnung , aber insbesondere die Bäder bedürften einer gründlicheren Reinigung oder sogar Renovierung : Speziell die Duschkabinen ( Führungsschienen ) sind doch arg verspakt ,verkalkt , verrostet und sehr unansehnlich. Die tolle Lage der Wohnung macht diesen Makel aber wieder wett.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einfach perfekt! Mit nur wenigen Schritten ist man direkt am wunderschönen Strand, für Kinder ideal. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf Strand und Meer. Die Wohnung ist angenehm groß und super ausgestattet. Jedes der drei Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Lediglich die Sauberkeit könnte an der ein oder anderen Stelle noch verbessert werden.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung mit super direkter Strandlage am Sandstrand und vor allem Meerblick. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann zu Fuß Restaurants besuchen. Die Wohnung hat in allen Zimmern Klimaanlage, welche wir aber nicht gebraucht haben. Es ist sogar eine Garage dabei. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

a perfect location if you are after some of the more quiet areas of Alcudia beach. The balcony is perfect for eating breakfast and lunch overlooking the beach. There are aircondition in all the bedrooms and in the living room. 5 minutes walk to the grocery store.
