Upon entering the house, you’ll immediately feel a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a living room filled with natural light thanks to large windows that also offer views of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.



The open, character-filled kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, perfect for sharing in the dining area or on the spacious outdoor terrace. Here, you can enjoy al fresco dining while soaking in the panoramic sea views and surrounding natural landscape.



Please note that there is air conditioning only in the main bedroom upstairs; the other bedrooms do not have air conditioning. Also, there is no private parking.



The location couldn’t be better. Aucanada is a quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of tourism, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge. Additionally, it’s just a short walk to beautiful beaches and an international golf course. Nearby, you’ll also find local restaurants and shops for your convenience.
