'Arcoiris' is a cozy and romantic apartment for couples who want the option of being in a quiet environment, having a pool (large pool and small children's pool) ), and have a beautiful and safe beach only 100 meters away. Not only the beach, in the surroundings there are many options and attractions for children and parents.

In this apartment on the fourth floor there is a double room with a lot of light (double bed or two single beds), 1 bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a living room with TV TFT, satellite TV and Wi-Fi LAN Internet connection. The kitchen is equipped and opens onto the dining area. This apartment has been renovated in February 2012.

There is a balcony-terrace with a couple of hammocks and an outdoor table with chairs to enjoy the views of the pool, the Port of Alcudia and the beach.

A lovely apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed 5 days in this apartment. We didn’t hire a car and used buses instead. Bus stops were nearby. We walked into the old town (25 mins) and took a boat to Menorca (20 mins walk to port and 1.5 hrs in boat). Beach is a 5 min walk away and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We ate on the balcony and found that 2 rings worked for us when cooking. Good size fridge. Very clean. Would def recommend to others. All good.

Great location and apartment met expectation

We have stayed in this block before and enjoy the location and proximity to the beach. The apartments and pool are well managed and cleaned regularly . We appreciated the option to enter the apartment early. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was fully equipped. The tv was not set up for viewing and a smart tv would allow more scope for more channels. The toaster didn’t work. The plug sockets cover in the bedroom, the tv aerial socket and the adaptor in the kitchen were broken and should be replaced for safety. The overhead shower wasn’t working.

Nett. Bis auf die Baustelle. Das Apartment genau oberhalb wurde renoviert. Jeden Morgen ab 8.30h war das sehr laut hörbar.Das Internet zum Laufen zu bringen war ein Rätselspiel. Die Kontaktinformationen dazu waren leider falsch. Aber im Apartment habe ich dann einen Zettel mit den richtigen gefunden.
