Today we would like to show you a very special holiday home in a class of its own. Thanks to its location right on the lake and yet in the centre of Alcúdia, the stylish Villa Montelago is a real rarity in our programme. The property borders on other villas as well as some luxury hotel complexes, but privacy is guaranteed by a green hedge as a privacy screen, numerous palm trees and flowering Mediterranean plants, creating a truly unique paradise. The blue mosaic-tiled pool and the pleasant stepped entrance are surrounded by lush green lawns. From the pool you have a great panoramic view of the mountains and can enjoy Mallorca's maritime climate at the same time. The pool area offers plenty of space for sun loungers and an outdoor shower. After an extensive sunbath, you can take a seat on the long, covered terrace of the sun-yellow villa with a white finish and enjoy a refreshing cold drink in the chill-out lounge made of high-quality polyrattan. A mobile barbecue is at your disposal and can be fired up with your family or friends in the covered outdoor dining area. And when the pleasant evening comes to an end, you too can disappear like the birds for a good night's sleep.
The style of this undoubtedly high-quality villa is characterised by sophisticated chic and stylish elegance. This atmosphere will welcome you into the Vestibul. From here, a wide staircase leads you to a gallery and then to the sleeping area with three of the four pleasantly furnished bedrooms. Still on the first floor, the entrance area leads to a bedroom (fourth) on the right-hand side with a patio door leading to the garden. The bedroom, furnished in Art Nouveau style, also has an elegant bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. To the left of the entrance you will find the sophisticated living and dining area. Exquisite solid wood furniture and glass tables are complemented by high-quality upholstered furniture and dining chairs. Several floor-to-ceiling French doors allow plenty of natural light into the rooms, which are lined with high-quality marble and the walls are decorated with stucco. A separate kitchen completes this exquisitely furnished villa. The fitted kitchen with dark wooden fronts offers all electrical appliances such as a hob, microwave, dishwasher and impressive fridge-freezer combination, which are made of stainless steel and form a very nice contrast. A small dining area is set up here, which is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee if you don't want to move it outside to the terrace, which is also accessible from here. In addition, each of the bedrooms on the upper floor has its own wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The air-conditioned rooms are the perfect place to relax and wake up to a view of the neighbouring sea, ensuring that you start the day full of joy. The double king-size beds are 1.50 metres wide (in three rooms) and the two single beds are 0.90 metres wide. The bedroom wing has a total of two further, well-equipped bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Due to the central location, public traffic noise is acoustically perceptible, but is offset by the favourable transport links. If you are looking for an independent, private villa, but still want it to be centrally located, close enough to walk into town in the evening for dinner or a drink, then Montelago is the place for you. You don't need to hire a car unless you want to explore the whole length of the region, for example the bay of Alcúdia. If so, you will need to follow the MA12 coastal road that runs along the coast to Artà. A little tip: The villa is very close to the Hidropark, Mallorca's water park, an amusement park for young and old.
