Free WiFi internet is also available.The villa is located in a quiet area protected by a pine and holm oak forest. The 5m x 4m large Roman-style pool with easy access is surrounded by a lawned garden and terraces with hammocks, which are ideal for sunbathing.The outdoor grill is perfect for enjoying lunch and dinner al fresco with friends and family.The property is located near Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The closest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Mallorcan village with a lot of charm, very inviting with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the "Q11" and "U Plaça" and its famous Sunday market. In addition, the village has its famous Calvary staircase, 365 steps that lead us to the highest part of the city, from where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the city and the surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente.
