Ca'n Moranta is a beautiful country house, lined with stone and Mallorcan style, located in a very quiet area surrounded by forest and a beautiful orange orchard.
The house, on one floor, has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), a large well-equipped kitchen, living room, large covered terrace with a large table to enjoy a good meal on the barbecue or enjoy of a quiet game of table tennis, cool off in the pool surrounded by a pleasant and well-kept garden and stroll around in the middle of nature.
It is located near the towns of Pollença and Alcúdia, with beautiful coves to enjoy the sea. Wide variety of shops, restaurants and nightlife a few km.
You can also enjoy the house in winter season, taking advantage of the proximity of the Sierra de Tramuntana (World Heritage Site). The house has a wood stove for a warm atmosphere.

Quiet villa

We had a relaxing stay in the villa. Quiet setting but easy drive from Palma airport and close to Pollença for good restaurants. Had everything we wanted there

Gorgeous peaceful location

The host Margarita is delightful and very accommodating- she left a hamper of food as a welcome gift and was on hand if we had any questions. Very peaceful setting- a car is required as it so down a remote track- perfect place to relax and as base for exploring. Highly recommend!

Lovely property. Excellently presented, and has had upgrading work carried out over the winter to even more improve the facilities. Situated in a quiet rural location, but within an easy drive to shops, restaurants, beaches etc. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Thank you Martin and Marguerite for looking after us so well. We look forward to staying at C'an Moranta again

It’s a truly peaceful place. The ports of Alcudia and Pollença are just a short drive away, making the location very convenient.The house is spotless and has a well-designed layout. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom, while the other two share a spacious one.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We also found some gifts in the fridge and on the table — like drinks, eggs, bread, olives, and so on.Outside, there’s a large area perfect for dining or relaxing together.The pool was very clean, and the atmosphere around it is wonderfully quiet and relaxing.We will definitely come back to enjoy the sun at this beautiful home and peaceful location.

Rustikale kleine Finka, ruhig gelegen

Finka schön gelegen zwischen Alcudia und Pollenca. Sehr schön und gepflegt mit grosszügigem Pool. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterinnen sehr nett und unaufdringlich. Wir buchen auf jeden Fall wieder für nächstes Jahr.

Séjour à la campagne entre Pollenca et Alcudia

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos enfants chez Margarita. Accueil et propreté irréprochable. Environnement calme et apaisant pour une semaine de vacances ensoleillées au milieu des orangers et des oliviers.

Everything we need in a beautiful landcape

The house and location are beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, the animals and the fruit which we picked ourselves. It isn’t near to a village and the road to te property is adventures but that wasn’t a problem for is. The owner is nice and helpfull.

Genau das Richtige für uns!

Als Familie, bestehend aus zwei Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern zwischen 5 und 11 Jahren, war es für uns genau das richtige Haus! Genügend Schlafzimmer, ein Pool und Praktischerweise zwei Badezimmer waren für uns perfekt! Wir waren viel unterwegs und eigentlich nur Abends und Morgens da! Es war sehr ruhig, keine Nachbarn außer die Vermieterin. Unsere Kinder konnten sich frei bewegen und störten niemanden! Sehr freundliche und unaufdringliche Vermieterinnen, Eier hab’s geschenkt, konnten die Kinder alleine abholen. Einziger Nachteil, die vielen Moskitos, am Abend- würde uns nicht davon abhalten dieses schöne Haus nochmals zu mieten!!

Idylle und Ruhe

Tolle Finca mit viel Platz, super Pool und gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Vermieterin wohnt gegenüber, ist sehr hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Begrüßt wurden wir mit Eiern von eigenen Hühnern sowie einer kleinen kulinarischen Ausstattung für den ersten Tag. Ganz lieben Dank dafür. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, man findet eigentlich alles was man zum Kochen braucht und draußen gibt es einen gemauerten Grill. Die Schlafzimmer bieten ausreichend Platz und die Matratzen sind sehr gemütlich. Die Badezimmer sind ebenfalls ok, vielleicht wären ein paar Möglichkeiten zum Trocknen der Handtücher ganz gut sowie etwas mehr Ablagefläche. Wir haben uns die Tage im Spätsommer dort sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Stille genießen. Die Liegen am Pool könnten erneuert werden - mit dem Auflagen war es aber ok - ebenso die Kaffeemaschine, bei der der Kaffee leider nicht mehr ganz heiß wurde. Kleiner Tipp: Auf gar keinen Fall etwas gegen Mücken vergessen !! Wir würden uns immer wieder für die tolle Finca entscheiden und kommen gerne wieder.

Ländliche Umgebung mit Ruhe

Guter Kontakt und sehr guter Empfang. Keine Belästigung durch Vermieterin. Nur Frage ob alles okay sei. Einfach und Rustikale Unterkunft und sauber. Ist zu Empfehlen. Märkte in ca. 20 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Tolle Finca!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Die Finca war genau wie beschrieben. Uns fehlte es eigentlich an nichts. Alles sauber und Joana und Margarita waren immer sehr hilfsbereit. Empfehlen diese Finca!

Ruhige Finca in sehr ländlicher Umgebung - Auto absolut notwendig!

Sehr einsam und ruhig gelegene Finca. Einzig das Blöcken der Schafe, das sehr frühe Krähen des Hahnes, das Zirpen der Grillen und die Einflugschneise (allerdings noch in hoher Höhe) des Flughafens war zu hören. Ansonsten: absolute Stille. Wir haben das sehr genossen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Sonnenliegen und die Gartenstühle könnten ausgetauscht werden. Und in der Küche die rin oder andere Pfanne. Ansonsten ist die Kommunikation mit den lieben Eigentümerinnen sehr gut, die Betten sind bequem, die Klimaanlage sehr gut und die Duschen gut. Der Kühlschrank ist etwas klein bei Vollbelegung mit 6 Personen. Da wir zu 4 wsren, hat es uns nicht gestört. Danke an Margerita und Joana für den Korb mit Obst, Wein und Lebensmitteln zur Begrüßung. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier richtig. Mückenmittel unbedingt mitnehmen! Bis demnächst! Brigitte und Michael, Iris und Stefan

Ruhe-Oase

Wir waren als als Familie mit einer befreundeten Familie für 8 Nächte hier und es war sehr schön. Es ist 1 zu 1 wie in der Anzeige abgebildet und beschrieben man kauft also tatsächlich womit geworben wird. War eine absolute Ruhe-Oase die man nach einem turbulenten und lautem Tag an den vollen Stränden sehr genossen hat. In der Unterkunft wurde auch an alles gedacht. Egal ob es Sonnenschirmen für den Strand waren, Besteck, Grillkohle oder was auch immer man braucht, es war einfach alles vorhanden. Ein Hinweis nur an alle die sich hier einbuchen wollen: Nehmt reichlich Autan mit, es gibt sehr viele Mücken. Wir können die Finca mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Nice place to stay in the countryside.

We enjoyed the place and especially the garden en pool. Location is good but you need a car. There where a lot of mosquitoes and we would have had some more privacy. There came a guy that we did not know to work on something in the garden, without notice to us beforehand. Also the owners is quite 'visible' during your stay. But we did have a good stay.

Tolle Location in super Lage!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Frische Eier und frische Orangen gehörten zur Gastfreundlichkeit dazu. Der Pool ist schön, die Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt. Tischtennisplatte war super! Grill war super!

Wonderful place!

We had the best time! Wonderful, rustic house, so clean. Surrounded by fields, very quiet except from the sounds of hens and sheeps. And not least - the most wonderful hosts in Margalida and Joana! We were provided with a fantastic Welcome-set and could pick as many oranges we likes during our stay, not to mention all the eggs we got! Wonderful place!
