This cozy accommodation is located in the urbanization of Sa Marina, in a quiet area between Alcúdia and Port de Pollença. The house, very spacious and bright is very comfortable and functional. In addition, it has everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation on the island. As far as the exterior is concerned, it has two furnished terraces for you to enjoy the magnificent climate that the island offers.

The urbanization of Sa Marina is located in the Bay of Pollença, between Alcúdia and Port de Pollença. Due to the nature of the area, it is an ideal place to practice water sports such as windsurfing or kite-surfing. In addition, it is an excellent starting point to explore the north of the island, as it is less than 5 minutes by car from the famous town of Alcúdia or Port de Pollença, one of the most sought after destinations in Mallorca. In both areas you will find a wide range of leisure and restoration. In addition, the area is very close to the wonderful coves of Formentor and Cala Sant Vicenç and 10 minutes by car from the town of Pollença.
