This incredible two storey house is developed around the two amazing terraces with great sights to the beach. The first terrace is at the entrance of the house and there you can enjoy a drink with your friends before going out or a wonderful dinner with your loved ones. At the second terrace you will sunbathe in one of the sunbeds or rest under the umbrella.

On the ground - main floor you will find the luminous living room, equipped with air conditioning, where enjoying the satellite TV. The gas kitchen is fully equipped to cook your best dishes. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor. On the first floor we find the two bedrooms with a closet. One has a double bed and the second has two single beds. The sofa in the living area can be prepared as a sofa bed for a 5th guest. There is also a bathroom for this floor with a shower. In the house you will also find a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board as well as a cot, a high chair and a fan on request.

Puerto de Alcudia area is one of the most complete ones in the island. There you can enjoy water sports, a great gastronomic offer, shops, supermarkets and nightlife. The house is by one of the largest beaches in the island with clean and crystalline waters, but you can also go to the coves of Sant Joan. Tuesdays and Sundays takes place the market in Alcúdia old town. Furthermore, you can visit the chapel of La Victoria.

The fireplace can't be used.
