The two-storey Villa Catalina, which sits on a huge plot of 30,000 m², welcomes us like true lords of the manor. The villa with smoothed, yellow-orange coloured walls and a large balcony with terraces below blends seamlessly into the Mediterranean landscape in the north of Mallorca. The modern wooden kitchenette is simply spacious, with skilful chrome contrasts (cooker and ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine, etc.). The round glass dining table blends in seamlessly. A total of seven bedrooms offer space for up to 12 people, making it a great holiday home for two to three families or a large group of travelling friends. The bedrooms are decorated in harmonious colours; here you will find orange-brown earth tones, soft purple and floral patterns. Guests have numerous modern bathrooms (with shower and/or bathtub) at their disposal, an important comfort during your holiday stay.



The location of the villa is not isolated, but lies on the outskirts of the town of Alcúdia. From here you can quickly and easily reach the historic old town of Alcúdia and its fascinating city walls, some of which date back to the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, invite you to explore, stroll and enjoy. A market is held in Alcúdia on Tuesdays and Sundays, when various streets in the old town are closed to traffic and a wide range of goods are on sale. If you like to be active on holiday, visit the beautiful beaches of the local coves, where you can enjoy every conceivable water activity. Alcúdia is located in a partly very mountainous area and is therefore ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The flat plains begin in the west and are ideal for cyclists. The subtly coloured yet characteristic interior invites you to spend a relaxing and cheerful holiday full of possibilities in the magnificent Villa Catalina.
