For greater privacy and comfort, this property offers two different spaces, a main house with 4 double bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms and a toilet, and an independent guest house with 3 double bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms with shower.

DISTRIBUTION:



As soon as you enter the property you will have the feeling of arriving in a paradise, with a path surrounded by vegetation and a perfectly maintained garden.



To the right we find the entrance to the main house where, after opening the door, we find a hall that gives us access to an incredible living room with huge windows and with access to the different areas of the house. First we have the grand dining- and living room with a large solid wood table and a comfortable chaise longue sofa to enjoy the views of the terrace and the garden, or enjoy a movie on television. Next, we go out to the terrace area, where we have several tables, sun loungers, a barbecue area and even a small bar where you can enjoy a refreshing cocktail. The terrace is covered by roof and has ceiling fans to cool the environment and in the event that the day is very hot you can always cool off and enjoy the wonderful and huge pool of 7x14m (approximately) or enjoy a dinner at sunset at the two tables located on the terrace.



Both the terrace and the living room communicate with the kitchen, that has all the necessary equipment to be able to prepare the most varied meals.



On the left side of the house we have all the bedrooms, the first of which is the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and two sinks. Then we have another room with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The last two rooms share a full bathroom. All rooms have a terrace with direct access to the beautiful garden.



Of course, the house has all the necessary comforts, such as ducted air conditioning, internet, Wi-Fi and television.



Once we leave the main house, a few meters away we have a beautiful guest house.



The house has a charming living room with a 3-seat sofa and two armchairs, and a refrigerator to keep drinks cold. It also has three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers.



Finally, we would like to point out that about a ten-minute walk from the villa you will find restaurants to enjoy Mediterranean food and two beautiful sandy beaches with views of the Tramuntana mountains nestled in the beautiful Bahía de Pollensa.



Note 1. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 2. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25/Kw and is paid at check-out.
