Villa Luna is located near Bellvue and Ciudad Blanca, the central areas of Puerto de Alcúdia, where you’ll find all the local shops and restaurants, and just a 7-minute walk from the large beach in Puerto de Alcúdia. There is plenty of parking space on the street or, if you prefer, inside where the spacious terrace is located. On the terrace itself, you’ll find a private outdoor pool, a barbecue, and a section of the terrace that can be covered with awnings in the summer to provide shade and accommodate an outdoor table for al fresco dining. It also features outdoor lighting for evening meals and a ping-pong table. <br><br>It features a spacious living room that spans three walls at the entrance to the house, allowing plenty of natural light to flood in, surrounded by large windows that keep the space well-ventilated. It features a lounge area with a sofa and a TV, as well as a dining area with a large table, wooden chairs, and Wi-Fi throughout the house. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (drinking water filter, gas stove, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, microwave, etc.). <br><br>It features one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each; two of these have en suite bathrooms, and all are equipped with air conditioning and/or heating.
