n the heart of the port of Alcudia, close to all services, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, beaches, bicycle rentals, car rentals, markets and everything you need, we find this cozy villa managed by a very special host.
The house has 2 double rooms and two rooms with a double bed, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. It also has a perfectly equipped kitchen, air conditioning, central heating, PVC windows with 4-10-4 double glazing, balcony, and you can easily park nearby.
If you are missing some condiments for cooking, there is a small SPAR around the corner, LIDL 3 minutes by car, Eroski 4 minutes, Mercadona 8 minutes, Alcudia market and the faithful city of Alcudia 10 minutes, 12km from the beach , the longest in Mallorca and one of the best in all of Spain, just a road junction.
Inside the house, you will find digital information and a short explanatory video of everything you may need about Mallorca.
