"Great friendly service on arrival and throughout our stay. Room was very comfortable and clean. Food in the restaurant (Dinner and Breakfast) was superb - very well cooked and plentiful! Highly recommended and we will return."

"We had a lovely four day stay, the property is in a lovely location and is really clean and tidy. The only negative was parking, I had to keep moving the car between the carpark opposite and the street parking. "

"The cottage was in a great location, making it easy to walk to the town and to the beach. The views from the top floor bedroom were great and we enjoyed watching baby seagulls. Our only issue was the height of the first floor mirror in the bathroom. We are both 5ft 6 and so not extra short but we couldn’t see at all for shaving or putting on make up! "

The house is excellent and has everything you would expect of a property in this price range.The location is great, close to Aldeburgh and with easy access to the other local towns and amenities. I would definitely recommend this property for someone looking for a nice family vacation in a quiet area with easy access to days out such as Jimmy's farm."

"Lovely quiet house with parking a few minutes from beach. Easy to drive or walk into town. Made an excellent base for exploring this part of the world."

"Excellent house -very comfortable , well -equipped and a very convenient location on the main street with shops/ cafes etc close by. Only downside was that the outside space / yard at the back was very limited , and even during the lovely weather we had during our stay, it was somewhat gloomy! However it was only a short stroll to the beach …. Parking not a problem , although limited to 2 hours during the day outside the house , there was plenty of space near the White Lion hotel on the front. Would gladly recommend this place in a lovely area."

"I am disabled and this was a thoroughly convenient premises well laid out for wheelchair/scooter. Everything worked well including the electric armchair which was similar to the one I have here. One suggestion would be for another grab rail on the wall to the left of the loo cistern and also clear instructions on use of microwave … we are both over 70 and gadget adverse !? Overall very well done"
