Amazing Lake House With All Amenities

  • 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Lakehouse on Kayuta Lake at the foothills of the Adirondacks. 24 Miles north of I-90 from Exit 31 (Utica). 28 Miles from Old Forge. 34 Miles from Turning Stone Casino. Centrally located for a week of fun. Children welcome. Trained pets are permitted.

    Central Air for hot days, tankless hot water so you never run out, sauna, two showers, a steam shower, and a whirlpool tub. Walk down to your own dock and bring your canoe or small boat. Fish away. Stainless steel grill on the back deck. Excellent view from the back deck and there are 61 steps that lead down to the dock and small beach area.

    Pictures speak for themselves. WIFI. 65 inch curve TV. You Tube TV for local channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Disney, Showtime apps - but who wants to sit in front of the TV? WIFI to hook to your phone and play all your music. Washer/Dryer. Private road with almost no traffic for biking or walking.

    Better rate if rented weekly and property is available during winter months for you snow mobile enthusiasts. Sheets and towels provided with cleaning fee. Up to two pets are allowed. Garage can hold two cars or store your toys for the week.

Wonderful large open home, perfect for families looking to enjoy each other's company. We loved the well laid-our, and well-stocked kitchen, the open dining area, and spacious living room. Bedrooms are roomy, with lots of storage.

We enjoyed our time here. It was a perfect size and location for a family getaway. Accommodations were clean, comfortable and as described in the property description. Excellent view of Lake Kayuta in a very Adirondack like setting. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with; provided timely clear instructions. Very serene

My family and I had a lovely time. The house is great, very spacious with an incredible view of the lake. Old Forge is 30 min away if you want to do some tourist things- there’s a beach, lots of restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Loved staying here. We came here for a family wedding. The property is lovely! We had a 4yo with us and the dock at the bottom of the stairs was perfect for fishing. The property had everything you’d need (towels, linens, kitchen staples) which makes the sty that much better. Owner super helpful and communicative.

Great little get away

It was so nice to have a weekend away. There was plenty to do at the house it self. I especially loved the sauna, lil jacuzzi, and the steamer to enjoy. My kids loved all the open space they had to play in. It was a wonderful get away from reality for a little bit.

Every year our family chooses a location in New York to enjoy Columbus Day (Indigenous People’s Day) weekend. We selected this Lake House due to its location and being able to sleep our 3 adult children and their significant others. The place was great. Had plenty of room and being close to the lake allowed us to Kayak. Great weekend.

As always, everything was perfect. Such a beautiful view of the lake. It was a cold snowy week but the fireplace sure helped keep me warm. If you’re thinking of renting Mo’s house… Don’t hesitate! He’s also great to deal with. Should any issues arise.

Lovely home with peaceful surroundings

We recanted this home for a 4 day get away with our adult kids. The owner was prompt with questions. The home was easy to access. It was clean and neat. It had all the items we needed for kitchen and bathrooms. The home was nicely decorated. It had plenty of board games and items if you have kids. I would rent this home again.

Amazing lake house

This is our second time in this house and it was as amazing as before. We found this place in 2021 and spent Christmas there. So magical with the fireplace, the snow and the lake view. We wanted to rent this year in summer but at the end we did it for Thanksgiving, the house is still really good, clean, spacious and the host is always willing to answer your questions. Again thank you!

Spectacular Lake House

This stay was our second time in the house and I will be booking it again for next year when we come to town. The kids look forward to staying here each year. They love the dock, the lake, the baby ducks, separate bedrooms, lots of family fun space too! Even though we're on vacation, my wife loves cooking in the full kitchen. If you're looking for a special place to stay with the family, this is your house. Just not during the 2nd full week in August! That's our dates!!! Enjoy your stay, we sure did

Perfect spot for getaway

A group of friends from all around the country came here for a weekend to reconnect. There was more than enough room. The host supplies far exceeded any expectations we had. The views, amazing! Our host answered any of our questions quickly. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. Plenty of space to gather, or have privacy if needed. Great parking. And the views, have I mentioned the views. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone!
