"The carpet in the room was not worn down, bathroom was spotless. The elevator(both) were very clean. Ice machine was clean(I manage the dietary department in a skilled nursing facility, I look at everything)."

"We just had a short overnight stay for a early morning flight. Drive to the airport was only 6 minutes which was exactly what we were looking for. Hotel was clean and quiet."

"Spacious, clean, modern home that was perfect as a place to unwind and relax after a day of business at the convention we were in town to attend. Everyone really enjoyed the multiple sitting areas, the firepit and outdoor kitchen, the pool and hot tub, the pinball machines, golf screen and super comfortable beds! The kitchen had all of the items you would need for feeding 13 people, no issues of not enough plates or silverware, and plenty of pots and pans to cook! The wifi for the home was fast and stable, able to handle all 13 of us using it at once. If we are ever back in Sacramento for another conference, we will definately be repeat renters!!"

"This is a nice new trailer, comfortable and well fitted out. Maria and Herb are very friendly and helpful. There was an early issue with power to the unit, and Herb skillfully fixed it quickly. If you like being near animals, this is your place. The horses nearby and the ducks and chickens in the farmyard made this a relaxing country experience for me. Would definitely stay again. "
