"First time on Alderney, we were really impressed with our hotel, room was lovely and clean, bed was so comfy, the staff were fabulous, what a great team you have there, all of them were attentive, polite and so friendly, very knowledgeable about where to go and what to do. I would highly recommend to any to go and stay there. Hoping to return ourselves in June 26."

"Woodland valley view room had a lovely view, the staff were very helpful and courteous, breakfast food was very good quality. Hotel's own vehicle picked us up from the airport and took us back. Couldn't really fault anything. Only minor niggle was that their website stated a fridge was in every room when in fact they were only in the top tier rooms and unfortunately they had no others to provide us. So their website needs updating, but it was no big issue. "
