Standing fixture light was hanging by one wire and had a rusty base. The AC unit when the compressor was on would rattle loudly, had to fold a towel under it to stop it. The hot water in the morning was barely warm. All the food items were basically cold.

Under renovation but did not affect stay. Only two negatives. Poor shower water pressure which may have just because we had handicap room with hand sprayer. Coffee was Luke warm at 7 am breakfast Overall still good value

We had a great stay at Joyce's Place. A member of our party left behind his watch and the host reached out to us and offered to mail it back to us. Great host with excellent communication and a wonderful place to stay. Would book again.
