SARAHANDIA is a beautiful, tastefully renovated farmhouse in the Lower Navarre region (a subtle blend of old and new), isolated, on the mountainside above the village of Aldudes, 13 km from St Etienne-de-Baigorry. You will enjoy a beautiful view of the mountain and a setting conducive to relaxation. Arranged over two levels, the house comprises: On the ground floor: - a fully equipped kitchen area (2 fridge-freezers, 2 microwaves, 2 gas and ceramic hobs), - a relaxation area with barrels and stools (telephone, TV, wood-burning stove) - a large living room and a lounge area with a wood-burning stove and TV - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed - a bathroom/toilet (free-standing bathtub) - a shower room with a walk-in shower - a separate toilet - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, private shower room/toilet - a laundry room with a washing machine Upstairs: - 1 family bedroom (2 single beds, 1 single bed) 140cm bed) with 1 private bathroom/toilet - 1 family room (2 single beds 90x200cm, 1 single bed 160x200cm) with a private bathroom/toilet (tumble dryer) Electric heating and wood at an additional cost. Beds made upon arrival. Towels available for rent. Wi-Fi internet connection (fiber). €150 cleaning deposit to be paid upon arrival. Pets upon request. The cottage has 3 terraces, one of which is semi-covered, with children's games, ping-pong table, table football, bowling alley, etc. Garden, patio furniture, barbecue, and plancha grill. Carport.
