"Cute little house, not super clean. Even after we said it was ok to go in and clean it wasn’t cleaned. One unmade bed (dirty sheets) and used towels in the bathroom."

"This is a great space with an immaculate back yard area. Home was clean and well-maintained. Host was quick to communicate with me. Only issue was the air conditioning went out early in the day on the second day of our stay and they didn’t get anyone out to fix it until the next day. The majority of our guests left early because it was uncomfortably stuffy and warm. I don’t see this as an ongoing issue, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful home to others."

"Home located in a fairly nice, peaceful neighborhood. Host allowed us to check in early as we arrived 45 min ahead of schedule. That was very nice! Couches, tv’s, kitchen table/chairs and master bedroom furniture was all in decent condition. Coffee bar and snack tray were awesome! Kitchen cabinets were somewhat sticky making a few of the doors hard to open. Fridge made some awful noises, and dishwasher needs properly installed as it wobbles around. "The entire house feels like home. It’s decorated nicely and it’s perfect for our large group of nine. The children loved the pool and the game room. The adults loved that there is something for everyone. The tiny house was perfect fit for us grandparents while the parents and children stayed in the big house. Pool was regularly maintained and kept clean. Everything was absolutely wonderful!"

"This property is one the best deals on lake Granbury. The house is clean, the view is great, the swimming is awesome and the privacy is perfect. Even if you're not boating, there is enough action on the lake to make you feel like you're part of things. The property is also a ten minute drive to the best parts of Granbury. We will be coming back to this Property as long as its available."

"The lake house certainly did not disappoint! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the lake front view with new renovations inside that make it great! We were told this side of the lake is a bit quieter, and I would say that is probably true. It is peaceful and enjoyable! The property is pretty close to downtown Lake Granbury with cute shops and nice wineries, etc. There are only a few small recommendations - keurig coffee maker but bring your own k-cups! Also, shampoo, conditioner and body wash...

"Overall great place based on location and space for our families. Could use a deep clean especially in the bathrooms and all the furniture/beds were very squeaky and not super comfortable. The owners were super responsive and helpful even though it was a super busy/hectic weekend with graduations and power outages from storms. Would stay here again."

"My family and I spent a weekend in Ft Worth celebrating my birthday. One reason for picking the property was it said it was within 18 minutes of walking to Billy Bob’s, etc. There were little sidewalks and unsafe conditions to do that. It also is advertised to be a quiet neighborhood. It is not. The neighbors played loud music our first night there until after midnight. The second night loud music was played from down the block. Overall cleanliness was good. We did find food that we had not had...

"Very nice house. Quiet new neighborhood. Close to why we were in town. Plenty of room for family. Several ideas/issues for improvement: -no toilet paper -no trash bags -some mold in bathrooms -yard needed mowing so not able to sit out back because of chiggers -could use some complete check out instructions posted in house -only one small fold out couch -top bunk rail could be taller for child safety -no handsoap in bathrooms -shampoo and conditioner in showers appreciated just no bath...
