  • This is just one of many spectacular views from a walk entitled "Pas Du Loup". We started at Capluc, a cross on a peak above Le Rozier and did the entire circuit. It's still comfortably in my top ten all time great walks. If you suffer acrophobia it's one to be avoided. The area is also something of a mecca for rock climbers. The whole Goreg du Tarn is a special place for me because the tourist buses don't go there and it's reputedly the deepest gorge in Europe.

Bed had springs coming through, one towel for 2 people that was paper thin. The window almost fell out of the wall, the street noise made it impossible to sleep. Stay away.

Établissement vétuste à travers les kyriads c'est rare.... Tv pas de réception obligé de changer de chambre où je me suis retrouvé dans un petit lit alors que la chambre était un grand lit Personnel sympa et dévoué mais ne rattrape pas le reste Je fais 3 nuits d’hôtel par semaine et ne reviendrai pas cher eux....

Idéal pour dormir ou sejourner à Ales

L'hôtel est idéalement placé au centre-ville, doté d'un parking, a proximité immédiate de restaurantes. Il donne sur une large place très calme.

L'hôtel est très bien et l'accueil pro, souriant et sympathique. Le seul souci est que nous étions côté rue, et malgré les fenêtres double vitrage, le bruit de la rue (véhicules, passants qui braillent jusqu'à 23h / minuit) est présent, à faible échelle mais présent. Sinon les alentours sont agréables à visiter et les Alésiennes et Alésiens fort aimables.

Hôtel à l'accueil impeccable !

Hôtel super bien placé dans le centre-ville, on peut se garer très facilement aux abords, et le personnel est hyper attentionné ! De la réception au petit-déj, tout le monde veille à ce que vous passiez un bon séjour.

Hôtel correct, sans plus. Dommage qu'il n'y est pas un peu plus de concurrence sur les 3 étoiles à Alès ! Sur 2 chambres, une avait l'evacuation de la douche bouchée et le téléviseur qui ne marchait pas. Le personnel était au courant pour le téléviseur, mais aucune remarque n'avait été faite à la réservation, ni a l'accueil lors de notre arrivée. Et encore moins de proposition de geste commercial (cela n'a pas été réparé pour notre nuitée). Manque de personnel au pdj, réassort limite malgré toute l'énergie déployée par la personne en place. Et un seul distributeur de boissons chaudes : 2x 5 minutes d'attente pour un thé et un expresso..

Bon séjour, la chambre était même prêtes avant l'heure, nous avons même profité du bar de l'hôtel avec un petit cocktail chacun. Tout les équipements de la chambre était en place et fonctionnel. Le checkin/checkout se sont très bien passé
