"I usually don’t write evaluations as I‘m very critical and always find something wrong. But in this case, I really want to express my joy I had in this B&B. We had a really pleasant stay - Marina helped out us with a lot of recommendations and restaurant reservation. The breakfast box in the morning was very delicious. And there are so many details and provided things like oil, pasta, coffee, drinks and so on, which is free of use. Even a washing machine if necessary. I can really recommend this...

"Great location, around a 15–20 mins walk to the Old Town, with amazing views and easy parking across the road. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately, the apartment was quite basic and needs some maintenance and updated furniture as it’s very old and torn .The towels were very worn and frayed, and a kettle would have been a useful addition. Such a shame, as the amazing views deserve a more appealing and better-maintained apartment."

" Staying at this beautiful Italian palace was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Salvatore made us feel completely at home. He was incredibly kind and always ready to help. The room was charming and tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere throughout the house felt peaceful and authentic. "From the moment I arrived, the kindness and thoughtfulness of Antonio and Assunta were amazing - thank you for looking after me, your advice and kind offers. The villa itself was in a beautiful and tranquil location, with everything you could need. There was even a roof terrace with a beautiful view down to the sea. The large garden area had lots of different areas to sit outside and enjoy, including a pond and rockery which Antonio had built himself. The seafront and beach at Torre Vado could be reached on foot (about 2km downhill on quiet roads) - a great place to go for a swim, to eat or for a drink. The kitchen was very well-equipped and there was a lovely bowl of fresh fruit and some wine to welcome me. It was a great location from which to explore the coastline - Gallipoli, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca and only an hour from the beautiful city of Lecce which was well worth a day trip. Some great recommendations for places to eat from Antonio and places to visit.Antonio was always available for help or questions, but was also discreet and careful not to disturb. Very kind hosts and a truly beautiful place to stay for ten days.Grazie mille per tutti !"

"Lovely hotel and spotless everywhere. No guest access to spa is disappointing and a reduced access price would have seemed sensible The spa is beautiful and one of the best I have ever used! Unfortunately closed every Thursday just when I wanted to have a massage. Strange day to close! Location is a little outside of the city to walk but I had a car. Gallipoli old town is great with lots of life in the evenings and great choice of restaurants"
