"Insgesamt eine tolle moderne Unterkunft und freundliches Personal. Mit dem Auto sehr nah an der Stadt gelegen. Leider wurden bei unserem Aufenthalt von vier Tagen kein Mal die Handtücher gewechselt, außerdem gab es keine Handtücher für den Pool oder die Außendusche (lediglich 6 Stück für die gesamte Unterkunft) und die normalen durften für den Pool nicht genutzt werden. "This small boutique property is beautiful, well built and impeccably designed. It is so close to being the perfect high-end micro hotel it wants to be, that it is such a shame that it misses the mark. The hotel has no staff from noon to 4:30. You cannot arrive between those times and to make matters worse they will charge you if you arrive earlier and want to check in. This means that if you arrive anytime before 4:30pm you are screwed even if your room is ready. This is a problem because there...

8/10 Good

"Lovely old but renovated hotel with tasteful decor. Staff were friendly and generally helpful. Parking €10 for the stay which is good value but be warned its a good 10-12 mins walk with steep stairs to access the car park (the hotel offer a lift service but charge €15 each way). The junior suite we stayed in was on ground floor level into the street. It had no air con but the old dark building manages to keep the place cold. We noticed an instant musty smell every time the windows were closed as such for air circulation we slept with the window/door in each room partially open but all night there was loud noise from the outdoor bar down the street (& nightclub on weekend night) plus people coming up and down, from 4-5am then the birds start waking up! Not relaxing or suitable for light sleepers. Breakfast was quite a limited selection of healthy foods (other hotels we stayed in the region had more options though) but they did restock regularly and the balcony is lovely overlooking the port. My herbal tea was served luke warm each day (it barely changed colour), as was the coffee on 2 of the days we stayed. Overall would not stay again."

"I loved this hotel. It is very Italian - the location is great, as are the views. Great pool. I love this town. It is where Italians go for holiday - not touristy like beach towns up the coast. Being at the meeting point of the blue Adriatic and green Ionian Sea is magic. Definitely take a boat tour. Eat at Sacristy - the best food is often found in alleys!"

"The property was spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed walking uptown to enjoy dinner or a sweet treat. Also, the grocery store and car wash are right around the corner. The owners were very nice and easy to reach. They even contacted me when there was a scheduled power outage. It didn't matter for us, because we planned to be out exploring. I highly recommend staying here. You'll love it!"
