This condo is the perfect get-a-way to enjoy the lake, weddings, reunions, Auburn sporting events and graduations. This 3 bedroom 2 bath 1250 sq ft condo is completely furnished with all of the conveniences of Home. Bring your boat or rent one from nearby River North Marina. This condo also has a year round boat slip. Come and relax and enjoy! We love it here and so will you!

THE HOA RULES STATE IF AUTORITIES ARE CALLED TO QUELL A DISTURBANCE CAUSE BY RENTERS, THE OWNER OF RENTED CONDO WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A FINE OF UP TO $1000 PER OCCURRENCE.
