"İ choosed the more expensive house form both were available on the page, after that i texted the company responsible for renting and they told me this isnt the apartment you choosed. And here started the story, different apartment, promised wifi not available, no ironing machine, no cleaning done daily as promised.... No nothing, just a good location of the apartment and the size .....very old furniture, pictures were done by Aİ, i have the proof.... To be honest i wouldnt risk my brand name...

"Love that Hotel as a repeated guest The hotel view have a wonderfull sea view very clean property - excellent security system great food and well presented very nice and helpful staff thanks to Mr Mohamed Sobhy-Mr Moatez Mr Nabil Tawfik - Mrs Nashwa-Mrs Shaymaa thanks to all the reception team and the concierge thanks to the very nice beach team all the service team in the hotel best dry clean Service i would give this hotel 7 stars"

"Highly recommend place to stay. It could be pricey but it worth every penny! You have a private access to the beach. The entire staff are friend, helpful and just awesome over all. Breakfast is great, drinks are great. Rooms are clean, and service employees are very nice! You going with family and kids? This is the place to stay at. Plus it is close to everything you might need to get or go see!"

"Good experience staying here - the staff are very polite and helpful. Reception team is accommodating, special thanks to Mostafa for his excellent customer service. Good atmosphere in Al Varanda whilst having breakfast. Helpful staff and Rimonda was extremely friendly and delivered excellent customer service. Just one thing to note to improve - the drinks should be serviced in ceramic cups as opposed to paper cups at breakfast to suit everything else in a 5-star hotel. The housekeeping team was very attentive and very good. Doaa looked after us and did a great job. Finally the spa experience was good, Nourhan and Oil massages were excellent and Nahla delivered great customer service."
