The property has stunning views and spacious rooms but lack little things like tissue or a waste basket. Our room wasn’t as clean as I expected with random hair in the bathroom. The bathroom had glass walls which is ok but a door for toilet privacy would be appreciated. The shower floor wasn’t tile but linoleum that gave way as you stepped on in. There is a restaurant and bar. Food was tasty. Did not use the pool or spa.

The hotel facilities seem quite nice, just lack of service staff. However the room we were assigned on the 1st floor does not have Wifi. The young fellow was kind enough to change us to a room on the 3rd floor, which was ok for us although it lacks certain amenities. The worst thing happened was upon the check out. We made the reservation on Orbitz and prepaid the total amount on June 9th (~a month prior). When we check out, the reception lady asks us to pay again. We showed her Orbitz confirmation email and our credit card statement showing the charge but she insists that room was not paid. She doesn’t speak or understand any English and didn’t understand email in English either. Unfortunately no any other staff was around to help. We wasted at least half an hour and were behind our schedule. We travel 4 months each year and this is the first time that we encountered such a nightmare. Either Orbitz messed up or the hotel’s system did. Anyway, I hope this will never happen again!

Piscina interior boa para quem gosta de apanhar uma hipotermia! Sauna e Banho turco desligados às 16 h ,depois de ir á receção pedir para ligarem ,ligaram e conseguimos usufruir! Pena foi a piscina! Pequeno almoço com pouca coisa ,ainda mais nós sendo os primeiros a chegar! Segunda visita em espaço de 20 dias e penso que a terceira já não será efetuada!

O hotel está datado, a água do chuveiro está quase fria, o quarto não foi limpo no segundo dia nem a cama foi feita. Não existe isolamento da banheira o que molha todo o chão da quase de banho. A água da piscina poderia estar mais quente, o os jactos da piscina não estavam a funcionar assim como a sauna. Falta de limpeza visível no elevador. Os colchões também já deveriam ter sido substituído. Hotel que não justifica 4 estrelas.

Temperatura extremamente fria na receção á chegada! Miuda da receção super atenciosa e sempre prestável para tudo! Quarto razoável em termos de espaço, aparentemente limpo,mas com necessidade de intervenção na casa de banho ao pé da sanita tudo cheio de humidade! Piscina com água super fria ,quando as temperaturas exteriores deveriam rondar os 0 graus! Jacuzzi a funcionar a meio termo,jatos da piscina avariados! Sala de banho turco espetacular ,saunas estavam desligadas! Jantar no restaurante do hotel reservado para as 21 Chegamos parecia que ninguém sabia que ainda vinha mais alguém! Copos todos manchados e sujos Entradas para dois com o custo de 4€ ,mas devia ter acabado o pão Pedimos medalhões de vitela 18€ dois pedaços de carne,grelos e duas batatas! Superbock quase natural,a senhora disse que já estava á muito tempo no frio,se tivessem posto a arca na rua talvez melhorasse! Jantar minimamente razoável, atendimento fraco com exceção de uma menina que parecia estrangeira que se notava o esforço de querer trabalhar! Pequeno almoço impecável,fomos os primeiros a chegar havia de tudo!

Gostamos bastante do spa, a sauna e o banho turco estavam a funcionar, a temperatura da piscina interior poderia ser um bocadinho mais alta. As espreguiçadeiras e a vista eram muito boas. Também gostamos bastante do serviço de restauração. O quarto, era dos mais simples e mais baratos, mas apenas de categoria 3 estrelas, alcatifa no chão, mobiliário antigo, a precisar de remodelação e sem produtos de higiene, ao contrário do descrito na reserva.

Magnifique endroit. La combi spa dans un hôtel perché en montagne est un must absolu. Malheureusement j’ai eu des voisins très bruyants qui ont claqué des portes et coulisser les portes fenêtres tard le soir (après 22h), l' hotel n' est nullement responsable de cela. Mais cela fait partie de mon séjour. J'ai aussi un bémol concernant la partie restaurative. J'ai commandé du saumon aux légumes, un délice, mais la tranche de saumon était bien maigrichonne. Servir une portion enfant dans un hôtel 4 étoiles m' a décue. La serveuse, à qui j'ai fait la remarque , m' a proposée de m' en offrir un second . J'ai trouvé ce geste correct. J'aurais apprécie avoir reçu des olives/ pain/ beurre vu que l' étabissement est portugais. J'ai donc été étonnée de ce manque.
