"-Pool is dirty, we decided not to swim. -There's no WiFi connection. -There's no breakfast for free even if you booked a family deluxe room online. -There's no officer in charge during Sundays so you can't speak with anybody who has much experience in management. Overall, I didn't get what I paid for. Totally dissatisfied. "

To HOTELS.COM you should be promt remmiting to them whats should be theirs. Its their hotel we are paying and staying, not your."

"Beach was literally just a hop away which was really good. The area could use some renovation to make it look more attractive. You get the value out of the price you pay. Wifi is good for remote work."
