    Beautiful villa located in Algaida, an area of calm and tranquility, it is necessary to rent a car.



    It features a private swimming pool and a spacious terrace where you can relax and rest during your holidays. This villa has 3 double bedrooms for up to 6 guests. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and two of them located on the upper floor, it has 3 full bathrooms (one of them en suite) and a spacious dining room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and connects with the outdoor dining area. Outside you will find a private swimming pool to cool off during the hot summer days, sun loungers and outdoor furniture to enjoy meals prepared on the barbecue.



    This precious property stands out for its peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and traffic. It is very well connected by motorway to Palma as well as to the main tourist attractions on the island. Just 7 minutes' drive from the estate you will find the golf courses of Son Gual and Golf Park Mallorca, and 25 minutes from Palma capital. A perfect choice for spending your holidays in Mallorca.     All reservations include free unlimited mains water consumption, €50 of electricity consumption per reservation and, during the winter season and if the property has it, €50 of non-electric consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). This house has air conditioning only in the bedrooms. All properties have interior or exterior meters, accessible and verifiable by the customer. The price of additional consumption is €0.35/kWh.

Schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung und Ausstattung. Das Grund ist sehr groß. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Wir konnten sie zu jederzeit erreichen und die Abwicklung im Allgemeinen war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt abgelegen. Daher sind die letzten ca. 2 km sehr schwierig zu befahren. Es ist ein reiner Schotterweg mit großen Schlaglöchern, Unebenheiten und dicken Steinen. Ohne einen SUV ist der Weg sehr schwer zu befahren. Da in der Umgebung weitere Häuser gebaut werden, wird ggf. auch die Zufahrt zukünftig erneuert. Im Allgemeinen dennoch eine sehr nette Unterkunft (auch für Kinder).
