It is a laid back, Spanish town. Lots of great places to eat and drink, and a lovely long promenade for walking. There is plenty to do but if you want Torremolinos this is not it - and all the better for it.

Ocean view in room 201.breakfast meagre and often no scrambled egg. No option to get a poached egg freshly cooked. Staff great. Bacon poor.

Villa was lovely and views are great but the noise from the village was bad , young lads on motor bikes dogs constantly barking, and works yard braking up rocks and loading them onto lorries and other noises from what looks like a junkyard. Lovely old house, very clean & tidy. Kitchen & equipment basic but perfectly adequate (even for keen cooks like us). Barbecue excellent. Large private garden very pretty. Why not spend a lazy afternoon at Playa de Mezquitilla during your trip to Algarrobo? Wander the seaside and beaches while you're in the area.
