Beautiful trip with friends!
Miguel was an excellent host, he was very accommodating and quick to reply. The villa was stunning, easy check in & check out. Beautiful location overlooking the beach and beach club below. Great socialising balconies and lounge area. Not far from Vilamoura marina by taxi. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Perfect location
Amazing location just off the Praca. We stayed in October so Praca was relatively quiet - might be a bit loud if staying in peak season. Lovely waking up to the sound of the ocean each morning. Villa is well presented. Beds are super comfortable and linen all really good quality. Plenty of kitchen equipment and also great to have the cleaners in half way through stay. TV has Sky & BT sports which was a real bonus. There is great outdoor space with a lower level with small pool and balcony space with amazing views. Would highly recommend this villa.

Excellent property, great location, spotlessly clean!
We had a great week in this lovely property. Only issues were very uncomfortable mattresses (in larger twin room), only 3 sunbeds (there were 4 of us staying) and some kitchen basics missing (scissors, not enough serving dishes, only 3 wine glasses and not enough tumblers). Overall though a great stay and Miguel couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive.

Lovely villa in a wonderful location.
We just completed a happy, relaxing 5 night stay at this wonderfully positioned villa. Thanks to Miguel for an easy and seamless arrival process. The villa was clean and comfortable and located approximately 100 metres to quite a few great restaurants and bars. We particularly enjoyed the Asian restaurant (Teahouse Oriental) for both the food and fab wait staff. There is also a great supermarket (Pingo Doce) located near the entrance to the resort. Thanks to the entire villa staff for providing us with such a great stay. FYI - just so you go in prepared, whilst you have a brilliant, private, plunge pool with ocean views that comes with the villa, the community pool costs €16 pp per day. Enjoy :)

Perfect location
This villa is in just the perfect location within Vale do Lobo for the beach, access to the Praca and for being able to sit and soak in the incredible views of the sea from the terrace or the garden. Despite its proximity to the Praca pool and the bars and restaurants there was absolutely no issue with noise. The pool closes in the early evening and any noise from the bars etc didn't reach us at all. Simply furnished but reasonably well equipped this is a great place to stay. Unlike many villas in Lobo this one is not ostentatious but it delivers everything you need for a sea side holiday on the Algarve. The plunge pool was lovely - particularly after we had it heated as the water had become a tad chilly (but then it is mid October). Bathrooms great - lovely showers Kitchen has almost everything you need BBQ outside - had a fridge there too for the beer Washing machine and separate tumble dryer were excellent Highly recommended

The best location on Vale do Lobo
Our second visit to this property did not disappoint. Superb location, close to bars, restaurants and beach. Stylish decor, a fabulous terrace with plunge pool overlooking the ocean and a balcony perfect for pre-dinner drinks while watching the sunset. We love this place. The property owner is very helpful and a welcome pack of cheese, ham, tea, coffee, milk, bread etc awaited us on arrival. We will definitely be back again.

Perfect stay!
Exactly what you want in a holiday let. Clean, modern, uncluttered and very comfortable throughout. Outdoor areas spacious with plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade plus of course the welcome plunge pool to dip in. The view is incredible and being so close to the amenities in the Praca makes a stay so easy. Remarkably quiet too for such a central location. Miguel was incredibly helpful from start to finish so huge thank you from our group of 6 mums.

Perfect Location! Stunning view of coast and stones throw away from bars and restaurants. Fab.
Very impressed with quality of interior here fresh and new looking. Enough supplies in kitchen for what we required and all mod cons (except iron) Very handy food and drink supplies left for us which we needed prior to car hire arrival which was much appreciated. Pool area was perfect for lounging and soaking up the fabulous view. Loved the outside fridge! Miguel responded promptly to any requests we had. Eg extra pillows! Would definitely return to this property in future.

An amazing property with an amazing location
Could not have faulted the property in any way. Absolutely perfect for our long weekend. Miguel popped in to say hello on the Saturday and make sure we were happy with everything which was a nice touch. Definitely be back.

25th Wedding Annivesary celebration @ Casas Da Praia 005
Wow what a week of celebrations with family & friends at this fabulous property. Stunning location with breathtaking beach views. The property is spacious with simple yet stylish decor. Terrace area with the plunge pool is great for day time and evenings. The upstairs lounge / dining & kitchen area is wonderful and the balcony was a popular location for evening drinks to watch the sunset. Overall a truely fabulous property and one we plan to return to next year.

Beautiful villa in a prime location
What a great villa! A Spectacular view over the ocean, beach and Vale do Lobo resort centre and just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The villa itself is immaculate and looks to have been recently refurbished. Miguel, the owner, made sure that we had everything we required even providing a welcome food supply. We were a party of six, including two young boys and there was ample space for us all both inside the villa itself and on the large patio areas. The boys particularly enjoyed the pool, while we adults relaxed on the ample patio furniture. We hope to return again soon.

Fantastic location!
We stayed here for a long weekend with friends at the end of September. It was their first time in vale do lobo and I was hoping the property would be as nice as it looked in the pictures and to my delight it was! The property has a wonderful ocean facing view and looks right over the Rotunda pool. It is ideally situated close to a number of restaurants, bars and shops on the Praca. Just a two minute walk from the beach, the villa itself is spacious and light with a fully equipped kitchen. Upon our arrival we found bread, butter, cheese, ham and milk had been provided for us which was super as we arrived in the evening. The bathrooms were slightly tired but very clean so that really wasn't an issue. Miguel the property manager was very helpful offering us a late checkout due to our late flight which really helped us make the most of our last day. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and hope to return soon.

Wonderful location with views of the pool and beach.
The property was just as the description and photos showed. It was very near to the beach, the communal pool (15 euros a day to use) and bars and restaurants. The property was clean and well maintained although it could do with a bit of tlc in places. It was well equipped with plenty of plates/glasses/cutlery etc. It has a dishwasher and washing machine. There is an iron and ironing board and hairdryer. The two terraces have sun loungers and a table and chairs. They both have wonderful views and are quite private. On arrival there were some essential supplies - tea, coffee, milk, cheese, bread, ham, water. There was also dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and tea towels. The property manager came to see us on the day we arrived and was very friendly and helpful - he even gave us a lift to the supermarket and bought us cakes! One of the toilets was not flushing properly and as soon as we mentioned it he came and fixed it straight away (he lives about 100 yards away). I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. If you were there for more than a few days you would probably need to hire a car, as although near the Praca (a group of about 10 restaurants/bars) there is not a lot in the immediate area. We did not play golf but I understand the 2 courses on the resort are very good.

Heerlijk huis met prachtig uitzicht over zee
Gezellig vakantiehuis voorzien van alle gemakken en goed verzorgd met prachtig uitzicht over de atlantische oceaan Je hoort wel de muziek van de Beachclub iets verderop maar loopt ook in 3 minuten naar het strand. De eigenaar is super attent en behulpzaam en zorgt dat het allemaal perfect is geregeld.

Jolie maison pied dans l’eau
La maison est très jolie et bien aménagée au bord de la mer. Miguel est extrêmement disponible et l’arrivée s’est déroulée sans problème avec un petit panier d’accueil bien garni ! Le ressort est très beau ! Bien sûr très calme car nous étions hors saison et en plein confinement donc à voir en plein été mais nous recommandons fortement cette location et y retournerons volontiers !

Très belle maison face à la mer
La maison est très bien située face à la mer dans la somptueuse Vale Do Lobo qui regroupe sans doute les plus belles habitations de la région et les plus beaux golfs. La maison est très bien orientée avec ses deux terrasses ensoleillées. L'intérieur est moderne et très bien aménagé. Nous avons passé trois nuits bien agréables avec en arrière-plan le chant des vagues qui nous berçait. La plage est à proximité immédiate et la maison est bien située pour aller visiter la Ria Formosa et les villes avoisinantes, mais aussi pour partir sillonner l'Ouest de l'Algarve et admirer ses magnifiques falaises, à condition bien sûr d'avoir une voiture. A recommander sans réserve.
