Terrible experience for a 4-star hotel
Terrible cleaning, lots of dirt, cockroaches inside the apartment. Indoor pool closed, broken windows, gym closed, 1 outdoor pool closed. Playground dirty, elevador with problems (people got stuck inside a few times). Terrible check in. And 2 hours after check in (started at 4pm to get the apartment “ready”).

Hotel is out of the way with nothing around it but other hotels and two good restaurants nearby. Hotel is damp and mouldy. Terrible smell in room. Whole complex is in poor state of repair. Pool water is filthy could not see bottom with cloudy water. No hot water on two occasions Reception staff unaccommodating.

Dear Sophie, we appreciate your comments and we will repair all the issues that you write. About the location we're 5 minutes walking distance from the beach, you can also find a small supermarket, and about the reception staff I as a Front Office Manager will train them to improve the service. Check in tardio, tinhamos como check in 14h00, só nos deram quarto às 18h10. Não tinha ar condicionado a funcionar. Reservamos com cama de casal e disseram que não tinham essa informação no sistema e nem quarto disponível nessas condições.

L’état de l’hotel et le personnel. On a du changer 3 fous le chambre, finalement on a laissé faire . Le personnel disait n’impprte quoi, il se traitait entre eux des menteurs Très deçu, recommande à personnes

큰거실과 침실 주방 모든것이 맘에들었으나 이불 청결상태가 조금 실망 실내수영장에서 아이들이 수영할수도 있고 차로5분거리에 한상적인 바닷가 낚시를 했지만 대서양바다의 파도에 한마리도 못잡았지만 추천할만한 장소임

Prezzi convenienti, stanza carina molto grande con cucina e frigo. Mobili un po' vecchi ma in ottimo stato. Personale gentile Ma poco sollecito a risolvere piccoli problemi... comunque lo consiglierei dato l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo... ah, colazione deludente
