A wonderful villa
The property is in an excellent location away from the noise of town but easy walking distance to beach and restaurants The villa was very clean and weekly visits by pool maintenance and a maid made this vacation experience special. Towels and sheets were changed and floors were cleaned on a weekly basis A real treat. I would highly recommend if you are planning to visit Carvoeiro.

Beautiful Villa in a wonderful location!
A lovely 2 week holiday in Katja's beautiful Villa in the Vale Do Milho area of Carvoeiro! The area is nice and quite but is only a 10min walk to lovely beach at Praia do Vale de Centeanes and a couple of other restaurants/bars nearby and is maybe a 30-40min walk into the main town of Carvoeiro itself (you can easily get a taxi there and back which is maybe just over €6). The owner Katja was always immediately responsive to any questions we had and even accommodated our request to leave late on the day of our departure due to a time change on our flights. Would recommend a stay here and we will definitely be looking to book again at some point ourselves in the future :-)

Wonderful Villa!!!!
We had such a wonderful holiday! The villa was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers), clean, well looked after and had everything we needed. The rooftop seating area was incredible in the evening once the temperature had cooled and we enjoyed some sunset drinks up there. The sea view from the villa was a treat to wake up to every morning. The maid was lovely and very sweet and friendly and cleaned the villa beautifully and the pool was well maintained and crystal clear. The location is great and there are a couple of restaurants in walking distance (if you don't mind the hills), a short drive into Carvoeiro, and a beach a short 5/10 min walk away which has a lovely beach bar. Communication with Katja was great and the house manager visited us and was lovely and super helpful. We have been coming to Carvoeiro for the past 15 years as we love it and this villa is one of the best we have stayed in. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again next time we come over. Thanks for making our family holiday a truly wonderful one.

Fabulous property, very spacious and beautifully decorated and thought out, everything you require for a superb holiday. Only problem we had was no water twice at vey inconvenient times of day which then meant no hot water once switched on which wasnt good when you are getting ready on the morning of a wedding with the groom.

Best villa ever!
From the moment we walked in we knew we made the right choice. Beautifully decorated with Portuguese charm, clean, spacious and with a pool area and rooftop deck that we thoroughly enjoyed for our breakfasts and happy hour. From handyman (a drain was clogged and fixed immediately!), to maid and pool cleaner the place was impeccably maintained. Property manager was wonderful and instructions for sights and restaurants were spot on. We hope to come again and again and again! Absolutely loved this place and Carvoeiro.

Wonderful home in the Algarve
We had an excellent three week stay here in November and December of 2022. The host was extremely clear in their communication with us and this home met our needs as we were on a "working" holiday. They were flexible with us when our airline went on strike and it looked like we would need to stay longer than expected. The way things worked out we did not end up needing the extra days but appreciate that they were willing to work with us to extend the stay if needed.

This is a beautiful villa in a lovely neighbourhood. It is tastefully decorated and well furnished. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with more than enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Easy driving distance to Carvoeiro, beaches and golf courses. The management company were very attentive and speedily reacted to any queries. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic villa!
We had 10 days at this absolutely lovely villa in May 2022! A long awaited holiday after the delays of the past few years! Villa was very easy to find (especially if you look on Google maps before coming). Villa was perfect for our party of 4 adults and we spent a lot of time just relaxing by the pool! There is a large supermarket 7 minutes away by car and a smaller one a short walk so very easy to stock up in the wines & BBQ food! The nearest beautiful beach was a 15 minute walk (but it’s uphill coming back so not for the infirm). Villa was spotless and the cleaner came in regularly to change towels & bedlinen! The men played a quick 9 hole round of golf on Vale de milho and said it was ok! Lots to do and restaurants nearby. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful villa! We hope to return one day Lynn, Graham, Jayne & Pete

Very very nice place to stay
The house was very nice: the pool, terrace, outside space was great. Inside also very nice. We had a little bit rain so we needed the room for dinner and play games one night. Upstairs there was a balcony you could sit and see nice sunsets. Everything very clean, and kept clean during our stay. The kitchen, with everything you need and more. We where with 4 adults and had much room to have privacy. Me and my husband and our daughter wit a friend. We would recommend this house for sure! Also we did have towels for shower, but also for the beach and large beach blankets. Never had such a good address!

Spotless lovely villa with great views
Lovely villa. Spotlessly clean both inside and out. Pool was kept immaculate also. Super comfy sun beds and fantastic roof terrace overlooking the sea. Both owner and management very helpful and efficient. Villa just slightly too far from town to walk in, so would recommend a taxi both ways! Our only 2 disappointments were the lack of English TV, and the constant noise of building construction nearby.

Some English speaking TV channels are available on the MEO network as well as Netflix in all available languages. Unforunatly, British TV is neither available in Portuguese networks nor on satellites in this region.

Great Holiday Villa, very clean
Lovely villa, in quiet cul de sac location. Air conditioning throughout, which was perfect for the summer weather. Great size pool with good depth (although be careful with little ones and non swimmers). Good poolside area for lounging around, and lovely roof terrace with great views. Owner was very quick at getting back with any questions and very helpful. Note that the only bbq is gas, the outdoor solid fuel bbq in court yard although pictured is not in use. However the webber gas bbq is great and we used every day and still had plenty of gas that was supplied. Bathrooms would benefit from some updating, but certainly did not detract from our stay. Would benefit from having some inflatables for pool use and beach umbrellas for guests to use. A good choice of local amenities (inc beaches, supermarkets) within short distance by car (you could walk to nearest beach, but some quite steep hills) Overall we loved the villa and it was very clean throughout!

A home-from-home in a beautiful location
We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. It is very comfortable and has lots of things laid on like towels for use by the pool and comfy loungers. The layout is perfect for a family with the large lounge/dining area giving easy access to the pool as well as from all bedrooms. The pool itself is a great size and our kids had many hours of fun. The roof terrace is also great for your morning cup of tea or evening glass of wine, offering views out to sea. The kitchen is very well equiped with everything you will need - don't forget to pack your Nespresso capsules!!! The whole villa is kept very clean and the maid does a fantastic job. The local area also has good amenities - the local beach is very walkable and the closest restaurant - Vale do Milho - is a real gem. Finally the owners are very responsive and always answer questions or enquiries quickly and accurately. We'd thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone and hope to visit again in the future!

Beautiful holiday in Carvoiero
This was our first time in the Algarve and it won't be our last. We were grandparents, daughter, son-in-law and grandson of 7 months. The villa was beautiful, clean,very well-equipped and well-appointed. It was also very peaceful and not too far from the beach and a variety of restaurants. The layout was perfect as we had our room and bathroom on one side and baby with mum & dad were on the other side. It might be useful to put a room layout on the info. as it lends itself to a 3 generational holiday. Everything was splendid but a few "pool" toys would be nice particularly for older children. Also, a proper IKEA cot would be advisable for older babies rather than a travel cot. However, they are small things which did not deter from our holiday. I would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone wishing to stay in the Algarve as it met and exceeded our expectations.

We stayed at the end of August for 2 wonderful weeks. A fab villa, decent pool, well maintained inside and out. Housekeeping present every day. Walk into town is manageable, if a bit further than expected. The villa roof terrace is a nice touch. a good selection of restaurants and small beach within walking easy distance. Hosts and reps responded to queries promptly and I would have no hesitation in visiting this villa again.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses hat uns sehr gefallen - ein ruhiges Viertel, die Poolarea uneinsehbar, verschiedene Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön und hell, von der Dachterrasse kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Auch die Kommunikation / Erreichbarkeit der Agentur war hervorragend. Für uns das richtige Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit den Eigentümern war hervorragen! Die Informationen die wir erhalten bzw. jede Frage wurde innerhalb von 1 Stunde beantwortet - Top! Der Check-In lief super super, weil wir einchecken konnten als wir sofort angekommen sind. Der Kollege vom Management kam am nächsten Tag und war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Kommunikation während unserem Aufenthalts war einwandfrei via WhatsApp möglich. Das Haus und die Ausstattung waren optimal und es war alles vorhanden um 2 Wochen Selbstverpflegung zu machen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse bzw. Dachterrasse aufs Meer ist toll. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und voller Villen. Besonders toll fand ich, dass wir ein Babyreisebett, Hochstuhl und Kinderbesteck - / Geschirr bereit gestellt bekommen haben. Der Poolboy kam alle 2 Tage - und war sehr nett. Die Putzfrau kam 3x die Woche und war unglaublich freundlich und sehr gründlich. Ich kann das Haus wärmstens empfehlen- was ich machen werden. Alles top! Gerne wieder!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Soeben retour von unserem 3-wöchigen Aufenthalt in Campo de Perolas. Die Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alle unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Dies war unser 5. Aufenthalt in Carvoeiro und die bisher beste Unterkunft. Das Haus ist rundum perfekt für Ferien eingerichtet, schöne Badezimmer, gute Betten/Bettdecken, Küche / Gasgrill beim Pool, Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme....alles Tip Top!!! Hervorheben möchten wir auch das starke Wifi welches einwandfrei funktioniert hat. Für den Pool haben wir die Heizung gebucht und würden dies auf jeden Fall wieder so machen. Gerade im Mai wo die Nächte noch eher auf der kühlen Seite sind. Die Dame, welche regelmässig das Haus reinigen kommt, hat einen tollen Job gemacht und dieser Service wurde von uns sehr geschätzt. Falls mal ein Problem auftaucht, sind die Vermietung vor Ort oder auch die Eigentümer gut erreichbar und es wird sogleich Instand gestellt. Das Quartier ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man merkt nichts von den Villen in der Umgebung. Fazit: Sehr gerne wieder und für erholsame Ferien zu 100% empfehlenswert! Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in Carvoeiro verbracht. Das Haus entspricht allen Erwartungen, die Ausstattung ist perfekt (vielen Dank für ausreichend Dusch/Pool/Strandtücher), auch Reinigungsservice und Poolboy waren sehr angenehm. Außergewöhnlich schönes Haus
Es war alles sehr schön . Die Lage des Hauses , die Ausstattung, in der Küche war alles vorhanden, der Pool (war sogar beheizbar) und der Meerblick insbesondere von der Dachterrasse . Falls wir nochmal die Algarve besuchen , gerne wieder in diesem Haus .

Passamos 14 dias na casa e só temos elogios. Excelente localização a apenas 10 minutos a pé da praia. A casa conta com uma estrutura completa e é muito confortável. Gostaríamos de ressaltar a recepção da administradora do imóvel, Elia, e a simpatia da senhora que faz a faxina na casa, Dona Isilda. Além disso, a comunicação com a proprietária da casa foi excelente, estando sempre disposta a nos ajudar. Com certeza voltaremos para essa casa que fez termos umas férias inesquecíveis!

Hallo Familie Klesper, wir kommen schon viele Jahre nach Carvoeiro und haben noch nie in einem so schönen Haus gewohnt. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt der schöne Meerblick, die ruhige Lage, der wunderschöne Garten und der schöne Pool. Im Haus bleiben keine Wünsche offen, sehr gut und komfortabel eingerichtet Wir haben uns in dieser Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen. Glückwunsch zu einen so schönem Haus, hier in der Algarve.

Wundervolles Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage
Das Haus ist wunderschön, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Die Beschreibung trifft vollständig zu. Selbst kleine praktische und brauchbare Hinweise wurden uns detailliert vor Anreise mitgeteilt (z.B. Vermeidung des Aufsetzens des Autos in der Einfahrt, Mückenspray, schwarze Knöpfe an Türen...) Das Finden und Öffnen des Hauses - alles perfekt durchorganisiert. Die Lage ebenfalls wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Hervorzuheben ist die sehr nette und sehr kundenfreundliche Korrespondenz mit der Vermieterin, Frau Klesper. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Eine tolle Zeit
Liebe Familie Klesper, wir haben 3 wunderbare Wochen in Ihrem Haus verbracht. Es hat uns mit allem seinen Facetten begeistert. Die tolle Nischen, der Pool, die Terrassen und allem voran der zauberhafte Ausblick. Besonders die Dachterrasse hat uns angetan: zum Sonnenbaden, Meditieren, Ausblick genießen... Besonderes Dank an die liebe Isilda, die uns mit vollem Einsatz umsorgte und so unseren Urlaub noch sorgenfreier machte. Wir waren das erste Mal in Portugal. Aber bestimmt nicht das letzte. Die wunderschönen, abwechslungsreichen Strände haben uns besonders angetan. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und dann werden wir uns sehr freuen Ihr Domizil nochmal beziehen zu dürfen. Viele lieben Dank.
