Wonderful stay at this apartment on Vilamoura apartment. Communication and instructions were excellent, we loved the location - right on the Marina but just round the corner from the bars/restaurants so quiet at night. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and modern. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing!
Fantastic property in a great location! Walking distance to beaches, all the restaurants and bars just around the corner without the noise. The views are fantastic from the two front terraces. Great showers, comfy beds and everything you could need. Parking right outside the back door made it so easy. Great communication from owners with all the info needed. We will be back!

Wonderful stay
Both the condo and location, right in the marina, were absolutely wonderful. We loved having morning coffee and evening drinks on the upper terrace overlooking the marina. Visited several restaurants in the marina and all were good. The location made it very easy to explore other areas of the Algarve region. Communication with Annie was seamless. She provided information and was in contact before and during our stay. Just a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. We hated to leave and will definitely stay again. Fabulous apartment in a perfect location!
We had a fantastic stay at this apartment last weekend, and couldn't fault a thing. Communication from Annie (apartment owner) and Lynda (in resort manager) was great. We arrived early and Lynda arranged for us to drop off our luggage before they even had a chance to clean the apartment. We had no issues at all during our stay. The location was perfect for us... right on the marina but just around the corner from all the bars and restaurants, so very quiet. The view from the terrace was stunning, and has the sun all day. The top terrace leads to the kitchen/living area and the bottom terrace accessed from two bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor behind the kitchen, and has a balcony facing the pool. Our weather was mixed so we didnt use the pool, but it's a nice touch that beach towels are provided too. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The hairdyers were powerful, there were lots of hangers in the wardrobes, and there was never a shortage of hot water! One thing we didn't notice at first was that there were no spare toilet rolls, so would advise to get some when you do your first shop. We should've checked though, so that's not a complaint! I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return again, but for longer than a weekend next time. It was bliss!

Fantastic base to explore Vilamoura
Wonderful property right in the heart of Vilamoura marina and its bars and restaurants with access to a great private shared pool. Despite its position the property was quiet at nighttime, the beach was only a short walk away and communication from the owners was first class. All in all the accommodation made it a very special family holiday for us and our teenage sons and we’ve already booked again as a result!

Property was every bit as good as the pictures looked, views over the marina that you could never tire of. 2 massive balcony areas which were very well used. Location is perfect for those who don’t want the hassle of hiring a car as everything is on your doorstop. All Communications with Annie were timeous and helpful at all times. Fabulous 5***** apartment with large terrace and marina view to die for!
Dont hesitate, book this fabulous apartment! Annie the host is amazing, made everything so easy, very communicative and recommended Frontrow taxis for transfers which were excellent. Apartment's location is 10/10 right on the marina with a fantastic huge terrace overlooking the boats but a minute from the nearest bar so you won't be disturbed by late night noise. Lovely large pool with some sunbeds is accessed from rear of the apartment and there is underground parking too directly outside rear of apartment if needed. Really modern with quality facilities. Hairdryers, ironing board and iron and great wifi. Beach towels too. We loved it and would highly recommend. The photos are exactly how it is - perfect for our stay. We will definitely be booking again! Thank you Annie

The view of the marina in Vilamoura is magical. Tons of choices in restaurants and bars within a short, walking distance nearby. But just far away enough to keep this place quiet and tranquil. Great time spent here.

Brilliant location
This property is excellent, the balconies are bathed in sunshine from dawn to dusk, and the location cannot be beaten for everything in Vilamoura Marina. Everything is in easy walking distance - supermarket, excursions/trips, restaurants and bars. The communication with Annie was first class. The apartment is well equipped and had everything we needed.

We loved the views and the location is perfect as walking distance everywhere. We are a couple in our 60s so only used the top floor but it would be perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. We will definitely be returning. Great communication and information from the host. Loved it.

Wonderful bilevel condo on marina
The unit has every thing you need to have a wonderful holiday. The area has many restaurants, recommend The Haven snd the Captain’s Table. It’s not the “ season” so several other restaurants were not open. We took a boat ride to the caves - very easy to access right at the marina. Make sure you read the book in the condo, it provides a lot of great advice. Annie is extremely responsive to any questions. I hope to be back!

This apartment is perfectly positioned overlooking the marina for its views and accessibility to numerous restaurants and facilities. Although the property is quite tidy there are a few items which are getting a little tired such as the shutters and some of the fitted units in the kitchen and bedrooms. Overall a good apartment in a wonderful place.

Fantastic apartment
My husband and I had a fabulous stay at Annie's apartment and would certainly book to stay again. The apartment had everything you could ask for, it was lovely. The location was excellent with plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance along the marina front. There was no disturbance in the evening and it was very quiet, even with bars nearby. The beach was was also within walking distance. We did have to contact the property manager on one occasion and Linda resolved the problem very efficiently for us and was extremely helpful. Thank you Annie.

Having stayed here before, we booked again as we knew it was in a great location on the marina with brilliant views. There are 2 balconies/terraces from which you can sit and watch the world go by. Plenty of room for 5 adults - although we spent most of the time outside. Short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Great that both beach & bath towels provided.

GREAT LOCATION BUT NOT A LUXURY PROPERTY
Really disappointed with the overall presentation of the property , all out side areas were very shabby , walls need painting like most of neighbours have done , furniture was very poor /dirty and we didn't sit out on it at all..The sun canopy was unusable as was badly ripped. The inside was very basic and dated and again needs a good lick of paint and deep clean , the showers look like they have not had a proper clean for quite a while. There was a bad musty smell in the main bedroom which the manager said was down to heating not working.. It is unacceptable to advertise it as luxury when presented in this condition.

I’m so sorry to hear all this Paul - our manager came to see you when you sent me a message that the TV volume was not working (sound bar turned off) and air conditioning was only working in some rooms ( the remote controls you were using had been swapped to the wrong rooms and once this was remedied the apartment was warm everywhere) but you didn’t mention these other issues. The 2 outside sofas are being replaced for start of 2022 season however I replaced the outside sofa cushions just a few months ago and don’t understand why you couldn’t sit on them. When I last inspected the decorating inside the apartment 3 months ago it was still in good condition- I will ask my manager to inspect to see if it now needs repainting. The apartment is deep cleaned 1 to 2 days before each guest arrives - I have urgently asked my manager to investigate this was done correctly for you - she visited you during your stay but you didn’t mention any cleaning issues to her when she was there - any issues that come up my manager deals with immediately until we know our guests are happy. Regarding the outside sun canopies - both these were replaced in summer 2021 at considerable expense - again I have asked my manager to check these as I was unaware they were damaged and should have been good for the next few years. I really hope you will give the apartment another chance - we certainly are investigating all your issues and will ensure any repairs needed or additional work in apartment is actioned immediately Update March 17/3/22 - following this review we have as planned replaced the outside sofas, painted outside and checked all facilities are working well: our latest guests who stayed over the last 4 weeks said ‘We really enjoyed our stay..i..t is a beutiful location and everything you need is in the apartment. Lynda was also great to help us quickly and efficiently. ’ .

Fantastic property with an amazing location

Great few days with friends in this lovely apartment. The best bit is opening the bifold doors in the morning to see that beautiful view. Apartment is really clean,well equipped with comfortable beds, everything you need and a great convenient location right on the Port. Communication with Annie was simple and straight forward. Fantastic holiday.
Great apartment in a fabulous location. Everything you need in the apartment. Particularly impressed with amount of space to hang/store clothes. Kitchen excellent and bed very comfortable. Outside space has amazing views and great for people watching whilst enjoying a glass of something. If i had one little complaint it would be that some of the outside cushions need replacing as some of them are torn but overall 5 star.
