This is a lovely vrbo with everything you need. My only suggestion would be to provide a few garbage bags. We enjoyed the area. The weather wasn’t great but we were fine inside too. Lots of places to have dinner, walk on the beach, golf and enjoy the resort. I recommend this place.

Vale de Lobo - a wonderful place
I was very happy to stay in this very nice house. It was beautifully located near the beach and in a large and spacious Praça. The terrace in the entrance house had a large table were we had wonderful dinners. The house had 3 very comfortable bedrooms, with a bathroom for each, and a ample living room. A little bit of luxury
We’ve stayed here several times and love the accommodation and location. The villa has everything you could need and is always spotlessly clean. The restaurant U&Co which is nearby is fabulous. I’d recommend using the UBER app for longer journeys or for a run back from the supermarket. We’ve booked again for next year.

Great house, 5 mins walk to beach,
Great relaxing spot, several restaurants within the resort destination 5 minutes walk away, supermarket 3 min drive, house is spotless and very comfortable, nice area to sit out, it’s a very quiet neighbourhood. if you have a car it’s a short drive to Vilamoura . Faro and other villages and beaches. Didn’t meet Jackie, but everything was left ready for us and she answered questions quickly. Highly recommended. 5 stars

Excellent accommodation and location
This was the third time we have stayed in the property. It is always spotless and has everything you will need. The property owner is great to deal with. The accommodation has lovely outdoor spaces which means you can catch the sun all day and the front terrace is great for a bbq. The location is close to the beach and some lovely restaurants and a 15 min walk to the supermarket. We’ve booked again for next year and can’t wait to return.

Villa that has location, location, location!
As a family of five we had an amazing time at Jackie’s property. We all had our own space i.e the terrace which is a sun trap, seating area at front of house which is shaded or catching up on sport - there is an abundance of tv channels. This villa really has it all, and is situated in a beautiful courtyard. The villa is 5 minutes walk from the beach, 15 minutes walk to the supermarket and 5 minutes also from the golf club if you fancy a bite to eat. Jackie is a superb host. Nothing is too much trouble, and always answers any questions very quickly. We would have no hesitation in returning to this villa, and a big thank you to Jackie for making our holiday perfect!

Fantastic Stay!!!
I recently had the best holiday with my children at this beautiful villa. A 5 minute walk down hill to the beach and kids club. Everyone is very friendly with numerous places to eat. The house has a lovely front garden with large seating area and perfect for barbecues, the house is very clean and tidy and modern with Sky and Netflix for the young ones. I will definitely be going again and Jackie the owner was very helpful with any queries that may occur. Highly recommended.

Fantastic house in a great location!
This house was just perfect, lovely interior, well maintained and spotlessly clean. There is a great outside seating area on the patio downstairs and we also loved the seating area on the roof terrace upstairs which is was a great sun trap. Brilliant location and only a couple of minutes from the beautiful beach and Praca. The owner was extremely helpful in answering our questions. We highly recommend and will definitely come back! Good location in vdl, close to beach/praca. Outside space best thing about the villa. In general the villa felt tired ,basic furniture,worn crockery cracked glasses, bedside lamps missing,juicer etc not working. Roof top terrace ,sky TV good. So in summary the villa was perfectly functional, not luxury,and a decent price for vdl. Maybe good for a group of golfing blokes.

Great location but no pool!
The booking went smoothly and the owner was helpful when our flights were changed and tried to help when I called regarding the restrictions in place in Portugal. However, it was disappointing to realise that although it is advertised as a luxury house with a pool, there is no pool! The photos also showed the sun terrace with two hammocks which are also not there! The location is great and it is just minutes to the sea and Praça, so we had a nice stay. I am just disappointed to have received an email 11 days after our return to say that we caused £250 worth of damage to a parasol and this money would be taken from our account. We did not damage anything there and I did report a broken bedside light that we found when we arrived. It has left a bitter taste and cast a shadow on what was a lovely holiday.

lovely house in perfect location.
stayed here for the second year running and will return in the future.The house is in a perfect location for the beach,praca and golf clubhouse.Everything you could want in the house from comfy furniture to all sky sports channels and outside there are 2 lovely seating areas and a nice roof top terrace with loungers.If you're looking to use a pool I would go to hide for 10 euros as opposed to resort pool at 16 euros as the snack bar and staff are superb and the pool and grounds are great! Also get uber app set up as the best restaurants (Marias,izzys,parilla,cheeky pup,marufos chickshack) are not walkable really.

Fabulous House so close to the Beach
This house has everything you could wish for. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, fabulous private roof terrace. Huge living room / dining room, a well equipped kitchen and a useful utility room. It has two outside dining areas but the front one has the most amazing weather garden furniture. It was great to sit outside and eat and drink with our family and friends. It was so close to the beach and all the restaurants—a perfect location. Everything was perfect.

Perfect holiday home
Jackie was very helpful with flexible check in/out times, Thank you. The property was perfect for us, modern and tastefully furnished. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the evening. The only thing I could criticise would be that the beds were too firm for our liking but we got used to them within a day or two. We love staying in this area, so convenient to the beach yet a peaceful location. We would hope to return to this property next year.

Have just returned from a 5 night break to this fabulous townhouse with my husband and daughter to attend a family wedding. From the start, communication with the owner Jackie was easy and she responded very quickly to any questions. The arrangements to access the property worked very well and Jackie was able to arrange an early check-in for us as we arrived on an early morning flight. On arrival the house was spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished. It contained everything we could possibly need for our stay and it really exceeded our expectations. The outdoor seating areas were great and we particularly enjoyed the early morning sunshine for breakfast on the little roof terrace. The location of this house is perfect with just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is a short taxi ride away. We used Uber and paid only €2.50. We would recommend registering with Uber as the service was excellent and very cheap. €18 to the airport. Overall thoroughly recommended!

We have just returned from a week's stay in this villa and this is by far the best one we have stayed in! Pro's: - great location - very clean and modern - well equipped - really nice roof terrace which gets the sun all day long! - plenty of space (both inside and outside) - fantastic, comfy patio furniture at the front of the property Cons: - unfortunately we found the sofa in the lounge to be particularly low down and not very comfortable, - a sun parasol for the patio at the front of the villa would be a great addition

From start to finish our stay was excellent on every level. Jackie was incredibly helpful in answering our questions prior to booking and indeed up to the point of our trip. The house was just lovely and the weather great too. We particularly enjoyed the outside terrace areas for making the most of the sunshine and the property had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Spacious property with modern facilities and beautiful outside space
Lovely property in a beautiful area close to the beach the property had all the modern features needed and the outside seating areas were lovely. In walking distance of a few restaurants and supermarket around a good 10 minute walk if you don’t have a car. Use the local bus to visit Loule which was beautiful would definitely recommend especially on a Saturday when the markets are on. From the property you can also walk a long the beach to Villamoura which we did a few times takes about an hour. Would definitely recommend the property especially if you like golf with it been a golf resort. Throughly enjoyed our stay would recommend to Jackie to maybe have a visitor book in the villa we think that would be nice as most places we have stayed have one. It gives people chance to recommend things etc and write you a lovely review which you can the keep just a suggestion. Victoria & family x

Lovely property in a beautiful location. Everything you need for a relaxing family holiday.
Just back from a 5 night stay, 2 couples with 3 children. We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Jackie the owner was very helpful and organised an early check in, a travel cot and high chair and advice on airport transport. We ended up booking Sun Transfers online for £75 return for 7 people. The house has everything you would need, lots of cooking utensils, a coffee machine, huge fridge freezer and great charcoal barbeque. The patio furniture is really comfortable, and the weather was warm enough to sit out each evening. The roof terrace was perfect to catch a few rays when we weren't out walking. If you enjoy walking Villamoura marina is about a 4km walk along the beach, we walked there, had lunch and got a taxi bus back €17. Quinta da Lagos mall is about 45 mins along Av do Mar, part of this walk doesn't have a footpath but there is a verdge which is walkable. The golf club and praca are both 5 mins walk in either direction. There are lots of lovely bars and restaurants at the Praca which overlook the beach although it was quiet as from 2nd weekend in October they begin to close for the season. Pingo Doce supermarket is very good and is about a 10-15 min walk from the house. There is also a good off license at the golf club with a good selection of reasonable priced wines and spirits and other treats. Over all the house and location was perfect really clean and well maintained we would definitely recommend it. Thankyou Jackie

Wow what a perfect family holiday home. 2 mins from the beautiful Vale do lobo beach and Praca. Everything went so smoothly and Jackie could not have been more helpful. The house is fantastically well equipped and spotlessly clean. Beds were SO comfortable. I can't recommend highly enough. Thanks for a great holiday.

Prime location in Vale do Lobo Resort - perfect for families
When we booked this house, we did not appreciate quite how fabulous the location of this property is! The Vale do Lobo Resort (one of the original ones in The Golden Triangle) is quite large, but this house is a five minute walk to the action - be it the beach, the eight restaurants, or the golf club and fitness centre. And on top of it is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, which makes it perfect to sit outdoors and enjoy your meals under the shady tree (it became quickly our favourite spot to sit). The 3 bedrooms were ideal for our family - two bedrooms upstairs with two single beds each, one has a small en-suite bathroom, the other one a larger bathroom (but not connected). The ground-floor bedroom has a queen-size bed, and again a lovely bathroom (all with modern showers). The kitchen is small, and has limited counter space, but all the appliances you could need. The A/C was much appreciated during our stay, and every bedroom has its own A/C unit. If there is a bit room for improvement, it would be that it comes very "bare bones". We have stayed at other rental properties which provide you with the extras and make you feel staying "in a home away from home". We missed basics such as paper towels, tissues, napkins, toilet paper, laundry detergent, or in the kitchen oil, vinegar, spices etc. I understand the need to leave a clean place for the next guest, but a few non-perishable extras would go a long way. In particular, if you come by plane finding the basics and perhaps beach towels and a beach umbrella would be wonderful amenities! Otherwise, a wonderful place in a terrific location!

We arrived at the accommodation and were so pleasantly surprised at how clean and gorgeous the place was! The decor is very tasteful and its very bright inside. The location is superb for getting to the supermarket, going down to the praca or the beach. The terrace on the roof is great for sunbathing in the morning too. Overall absolutely delighted with our stay and are dying to go back!
