Excellent Condo and Area
Very nice spacious condo near Portimao which has everything you want. Great spot for day trips around the Algarve. Close to Lisbon, Spain, Morocco, Gilbraltar.

A gem of a property
We had a fabulous stay at this property which has stunning views from it's fantastic private roof terrace. The location, in a residential area, was perfect for us. A car is essential for supermarket trips or sightseeing further afield. The apartment was extremely homely, very well equipped and spotlessly clean and communication with the owners and Suzanne who met us there was first class. We enjoyed walking around the local area and had some nice meals in the restaurant down the road. Ferragudo and Alvor are lovely places to visit in the area. We would highly recommend this property 🙂

Huge Roof Terrace
Overall lovely large apartment, with huge roof terrace. Unfortunately, it's rather cluttered with lots of outdoor furniture dated. Great communication with owner/daughter.

The best vacation property we ever had
First of all, Lucinda is a wonderful, kind and caring person. We get all the information we need and we were even able to check in well before the official check-in time. Lucinda's place is a fully equipped, super comfortable apartment with a north-facing balcony and a south-facing terrace. the location is great too, quiet but close to Portimao and many beaches. If possible, we will definitely choose this apartment next time.

Spacious, comfortable apartment
This is a very comfortable, large, and sunny apartment that is well-equipped for a longer stay. The building itself is clean and quiet, as is the neighbourhood. It is well located to visit sites in the western / central Algarve, though a car is needed because few services are walkable. After many years visiting the Algarve, this is perhaps one of the nicest places where we have stayed.

Property as described and more. Furnished and fitted out to an excellent standard. Property has all the things needed kitchen appliances with plenty of choice. Roof terrace ideal for sun bathing and very private. Super markets very close as well as plenty of sights to see. Our first visit to this property and we were not disappointed.

Beautiful Portugal, wonderful apartment
This was our first visit to Portugal & the location of the apartment was ideal , the apartment itself was clean & had everything you needed & the rooftop area had lovely views over the river & the bar-b-q was very useful, all in all a very good holiday & so many places to visit within short driving distances

Excellent stay in Lagoa
Lovely apartment with good views of the river and bridge, well equipped and large enough to comfortably take four adults. Found roof terrace just a little bit too breezy but then again it was March so this is not unexpected. The weather was excellent for March approx 21 degrees on average so was not in the apartment a great deal as it was perfect weather for walking and getting around to see the various local sights. Two nearby restaurants within walking distance were used on several occasions both served good food, but we preferred the Casa do Pasto Calvario restaurant which was the closest and also the cheapest with the biggest portions for food wine and beer. Lucy was very good with information and Suzanne was also very helpful as we arrived at the apartment slightly early. Would be happy to go back at another time.

Appartement très agréable
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacance dans l'appartement. Celui-ci est vraiment très agréable, malheureusement la situation est bruyante (route et chiens), nous qui habitons en pleine campagne, sans bruit, nous avons trouvé ça gênant. Reste que l'appartement est vraiment très bien, propre, fonctionnel, ... Nous recommandons sans soucis.

Schöne Wohnung um die Algarve zu entdecken
Die Wohnung ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um die Felsalgarve zu entdecken. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man sich für einen mehrwöchigen Aufenthalt wünscht. Große Pluspunkte sind die Klimaanlage, die bei hohen Außentemperaturen auch abends uns die Nacht gerettet hat und die große Wohnfläche, wie auch die tolle Dachterasse. Etwas negativ ist, dass die Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und es hier und da etwas sauberer hätte sein könnte. Wer gerne Fernsehen möchte und zahlreiche Deutsche Sender erwartet, sucht vergebens. Es gibt nur einen deutschen Sender (DW-TV).

Propriedade com boas áreas e comodidades. Proprietário disponivel e simpático bem como respetiva agente. Em termos de localização ficou um pouco longe da praia a que iamos pois não gostamos da praia mais próxima da propriedade.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage
Sehr netter Kontakt. Wohnung ist groß u sauber. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um die Algarve zu erkunden. Covid 19 wird hier sehr beachtet u alle Hygienevorschriften werden immer eingehalten. Vorgaben sind hier viel fortschrittlicher als in Deutschland. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder in diese tolle Wohnung! Heerlijk relaxen in een prachtig apartement onder de heerlijke Portugese zon
We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het apartement van Judy. Het is een prachtig apartement en voorzien van werkelijk alle zaken die je maar kunt wensen. De mailwisseling met Lucy (de dochter) was zeer accuraat en vriendelijk van toon. We kregen ook allerlei tips doorgehaald. Het contact en de ontvangst door Suzanne, de beheerder van het apartement was super. We konden ruim eerder op de afgesproken dag het apartement betrekken. Bij vertrek de sleutels op de tafel en de deur achter je dicht trekken. Wat het apartement voor ons zo geweldig maakte was het grote dakterras met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en de rivier. De overlast van het geluid van de verkeerswegen is verwaarloosbaar. We kunnen dit apartement van harte aanbevelen. Teun en Isabelle.
