Cute condo
Cute little condo with everything you need. 10 min walk to grocery store 20 min walk to old town. Hosts were fantastic. Replied promptly, checked with us to see how we were doing and gave helpful information to go and do things. Really enjoyed our time.

Spacious apartment in a nice club.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit provided most of everything we needed for our stay. While we also enjoyed the evening fun of Old Town Albufeira, it was nice to relax around one of the many pools at a Club Albufeira. We also found it quite handy to have a few restaurants on the property for our first and last nights.

Lovely apartment, well positioned, comfortable, quiet and clean. Lovely outdoor area, the apartment had all the amenities needed. Family oriented resort but close to the town, shops and bars. Pool and resort was clean and well managed. We had a lovely break

Perfect family memories!
Catalina apartment at Clube Albufeira was the perfect place for our family of 4. Close enough to all the activity and fun of the town of Albufeira, but also far enough away, for the rest, quiet and calm of a chill holiday,. The apartment was perfect for us with our 2 teenage lads, well equipped, spacious with beautiful views and easy access to the lovely on site pools and restaurants. We could easily travel short distances to nearby smaller, stunning beaches, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Excellent communication and help from the hosts gave peace of mind, and helped us make the best of our stay. Would highly recommend!

Terrible Unfortunately
I am going to start this review by stating that I am a professional 52 year old who has a stellar rating across all holiday rental platforms that I have used for innumerable years. I travel frequently and have NEVER had any difficulties with any hosts…until I dealt with these hosts My family travelled to Portugal for a highly anticipated and very significant family reunion-we were so excited. We stayed at Catherine and David’s property for 5 days and enjoyed friendly communication in the lead up to and during our stay. The problem were encountered immediately following our check out. We left at the agreed check out time and exchanged some pleasantries with the cleaner. Shortly following our departure, I received a highly offensive and accusatory message from the hosts (who do not appear to live near the property). They claim that we exceeded the agreed/maximum number of guests, left the house in a “filthy” state and that we tampered with their personal belongings deliberately that they choose to keep in a public area of the home. This information was relayed to the hosts via the cleaner. I refute these accusations in the strongest possible terms. Myself and my family are decent, honest, hard-working people who’s only intent was for a lovely holiday and spend time with our precious extended family. The last thing on our minds was to be deceptive, dishonest, destructive or dirty. I am still devastated by it all. These claims are baseless with no tangible evidence.

We are also going to start our response by stating that we are also a professional couple in our early 50s who have owed our apartment for nine years with 63 five star ⭐️ reviews. We have never experienced a guest staying at our apartment like this our personal belongings are in two locked cupboards have been tampered with and then followed by disgusting comments about how they were stored and shouldn’t be there!! As for the state of the apartment our cleaner said it was pretty filthy to be fair stating the amount of rubbish and wine bottles leaking on the kitchen floor & also 5 hours of cleaning. Check in was allowed 3 hours earlier than normal & check out was 10am but the cleaner had to ask you to leave at 10.30am not to mention the aggressive & abusive messages we have been receiving at 2am & 10.30pm not acceptable. Also cleaner counted 1 extra guests on leaving’ with suitcases I rest my case. We trust our cleaner 100% she has no reason or benefit to say such absurd accusations. we will not rent to you again.

Fantastic Apartment in Lovely, Quiet Area
My daughter and I loved our stay in Catalina Apartment for a pre-prom break. The apartment has everything you could need, and more besides. it was lovely and clean when we arrived and was very comfortable. The air con was a great bonus in the heat. The Clube Albufeira resort is very well maintained and is kept very tidy. We ate most nights at the restaurant O Pavilhāo where there was a good selection of meals and the service was great. The complex is situated some way out of Albufeira which suited us perfectly. Hopefully we will be able to return again to see more of the area.

Excellent property!
Lovely apartment with everything you need at hand. Particularly great with a highchair and cot for our baby. Great location just a short walk to the old town with lovely pools and bars/restaurants on site. Would definitely stay again if we were coming back to the Algarve.

Excellent apartment
We have been visiting the Clube for the past 11 years and this apartment would be one of our favourites. It had everything we needed for our family ( 1 teenager and 2 daughters in their early 20’s) . It s location is central to all amenities and restaurants within the Clube and is a 5 minute walk to the Campsite which also has additional entertainment. I would definitely recommend this apartment to families of couples. Thankyou Catherine and David x

Perfect holiday
We had a perfect stay - the apartment is well equipped and comfortable, has everything you need! It’s perfectly located on the site, with easy access to all the pools, bars and restaurants. We loved the garden area to the front and side of the apartment, perfect for the children to play. The site itself is just beautiful, so many beautiful flowers, palms and lush green grass. Catherine and David were amazing hosts with good communication before we checked in and even better when our flight got cancelled at the last minute and helped us to stay a few extra days! Excellent property
We loved staying at this property for 10 nights. Short distance from the pool so ideal for families with young children. The property is well stocked with utensils and crockery and was cleaned to a high standard upon arrival. The owners were nothing but helpful and gave us lots of important information links for getting tested etc. Overall a fantasic stay - we will definitely be back and looking to book this same apartment.

My family and I stayed for 11 nights, It’s amazing! From the minute we arrived til the minute we left (we didn’t want to leave) David and Catherine were on hand via message if we needed anything and gave us great tips on things most family’s need to know! Lovely relaxing holiday
The property was lovely, very well equipped and many little extra touches that just made it feel so homely and cosy. The bed was very comfortable and the towels so soft. It was spotlessly clean. Lovely apartment
Enjoyed a lovely week at the start of November. Even though it was out of season plenty of restuarants, shops and bars were still open. The apartment is in a quiet location about 5 minutes drive from Old town Albufeira. Apartment was clean and comfortably with everything we needed. Family Holiday
From the moment we booked to finishing the holiday David and Catherine have made it a welcoming time with no question too much and a very quick response time. With 2 children 12 & 10 the pools all offering different kinds of settings have been brilliant and the 25 minute walk into the old town has not been met with too many moans. Fantastic home from home
Thank you so much for a lovely holiday - the apartment is much bigger in real life, the photos really do not do it justice. Everything you could require has been thought about. The owners were fantastic to liaise with, always quick to respond. Would not hesitate to recommend. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Lovely complex - apartment is located very centrally so you are near everything. We loved the free shuttle bus into the town, the shuttle bus stop is very near to the apartment. Fabulous 10 days in the perfect location
My husband I arrived at the property on 1st July for a wedding the following day. As our flight was early in the morning we paid a small charge for early check in, this was so easily arranged with the owners. When we arrived we were amazed at the size of the apartment with a large living space, a good sized and well equipped kitchen area and 2 really good sized bedrooms. one with an ensuite and another separate bathroom. The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything we could have needed. There is air con in both bedrooms as well as the living area which was fantastic. My mum arrived a few days later with our 2 kids and they absolutely loved it. There was so much space in the apartment for all of us, one of the best we have ever stayed in. There were sun loungers and plenty of tables and chairs for dining outside, which we did every day for lunch. We found it so easy to have breakfast and lunch at the apartment as the kitchen was so well equipped and so much easier with young kids. There is a lovely grass area at the back of the apartment which the kids loved in the evenings or when not at the pool. So much space at the bck of the apartment for sun bathing if you don't fancy the pool or beach.The location was perfect for the old town where we spent a lot of time, taxis are plentiful. Plenty of pool areas for the kids, my little girl especially never wanted to leave the pool, all very convenient to the apartment. We also ate at the resort a few times, our absolute favourite for dinner was O Pavilhao, the food was absolutely amazing and the staff fantastic. We arranged our transfers through a friend of the owners 'Andrei' and the service was excellent, great communication, prompt and very reasonable so will use again for sure. Fantastic apartment
We stayed here with our with our 3 and 7 year old for a week in June and absolutely loved it. The apartment itself is perfect, a real home from home. It's a little out of town but for those not hiring a car like ourselves there's a free shuttle to and from the old town twice a day which is great as a taxi was 12 euro,though is a nice eady walk for those able to. Really can't find fault 10 out of 10 from us! Thanks for having us!

Logement et résidence sympathiques. Les 4 piscines extérieures n'étaient pas chauffées. Dommage en avril. Sinon le logement est en rez de jardin donc pratique pour se déplacer en fonction du soleil. Il est bien équipé et comporte 2 SDB.

Beautiful and homely apartment
Absolutely loved the apartment and the complex. Catherine and David were extremely helpful and answered any questions very quickly. The apartment is beautifully kept and the home from home touches make it wonderful. Slept extremely well in the comfortable air conditioned bedroom. Great added bonus that there are two bathrooms. The complex itself has everything and more, with 4 swimming pools and 3 restaurants and Albufeira town and shops a walk or cheap taxi ride away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the apartment and complex to anyone and we hope to return next year.

date séjour: 04 aout 2018 bonjour, j ai séjourné dans cette appartement quinze jours, il dispose de toutes les commodités, nous étions deux personnes mais peut en accueillir facilement cinq. ce situe a moins de deux km du vieux Albufeira, juste un regret, table de jardin et une chaise cassée, et pas de barbecue, bien pratique pour les soirées en famille et pourtant marqué sur le descriptif. je recommande néanmoins cette location, car propriétaire très a l écoute du client, très sympa et dispos pour la moindre question, merci a vous. pour cette raison, je met quatre étoiles, mais mérite largement les cinq. je reprendrais cet appartement sans problème. En ce qui concerne la table cassée, nous avons été informés par notre nettoyeur que tout allait bien la veille et que les dégâts ne peuvent être causés que par une terrible tempête la nuit de notre arrivée, mais nous avons beaucoup de chance. deux tables extérieures donc cela ne vous a pas dérangé. Well. What a wonderful holiday and also fantastic people David and Catherine ( the owners) were in dealing with. Communication with them was excellent. Any questions we had were handled with ease and made our holiday plans even easier than it should have been. The location is excellent with 4 swimming pools all very close by . The children loved the choice of pools as it fitted into what our holiday was for. Relaxation and enjoyment. A car was hired to get to certain destinations such as Zoomarine. Albufeira, Guia beach, and vilamoura just to name a few. Anyone contemplating this for a holiday I would not hesitate it going for it as you will have a great time in a wonderful apartment. Quiet and Relaxing Break
Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. Apartment had all amenities that you would need especially the washing machine. Nice, quiet, peaceful and relaxing location. Good 25 minute walk into Old Town but very safe walkway to get there. Heated swimming pool was great. Would definetly return.

Super situation on the complex, beautiful gardens and views.
Property well appointed in a peaceful area. Lovely, spacious apartment, clean and well equipped. Loved the personal touches supplied by the owners. Would have been more convenient if we had hired a car, otherwise need to use the Club bus and/or taxis. Pools set in beautiful garden settings and the apartment is not far from any of them. The owners could not have been more helpful. Would go again.

#287Catalina/Clube Albufeira was a hit for us!
Super stay in a lovely apt. We had everything we needed in a well equipped and nicely decorated apt, notably the washing machine and the parasols/ inflatable rings etc that past visitors leave for the next (we also left footballs and kids inflatables that others can enjoy). Midweek towel/linen changes was unexpected but very welcome. Comfy kingsize for Mum/Dad. The resort itself was a big hit with kids who got to experience each of the 4 pool areas (then fought over which ones to return to!) O Pavilhao had lovely food, did not get chance to sample Casa Azul.

Ideal apartment in fantastic location
The apartment was ideal for our needs and the put-me-up bed a welcome bonus as we'd expected a sofa bed for the 5th person. Our late arrival caused no issues due to the 24hr reception and Catherine dealt with our lack of diligence on checkout fantastically! Ideally situated between three of the pools on site and with parking 10m away it made for a very relaxing place for our week. The cafe by the pool, - Pergola was good for drinks but a little slow for food - not that it mattered too much. Casa Azul restaurant was fantastic and the food was beautifully presented and went down a treat. The weather was fantastic and very hot but the air-con coped admirably and the wine fridge worked overtime! We explored lots of beaches (it wasn't our first time in the Algarve) with Fisherman's Beach being a bit too busy for us and with so many more rugged / atmospheric beaches so close by car we went for them instead of the concrete backdrop! Lovely apartment. Great resort.
Just returned from 11 days in this apartment @ Clube Albufeira, and we thought it was great. We travelled with a 2 year old and a 5 year old. The villa was well set up for them too.

Beautiful property, in a strategic position
The property is well maintained, very well equipped, and absolutely aligned with the description on the website. For us it was also important to have a space to have meals outdoor, and this was possible in the small garden in front of the house. The property is located in a well maintained and serviced Club. To get to the old city you need bikes or car, as well as for the main beaches. Excellent communication with the owners.

Lovely home, everything we needed
We stayed for a week and we loved it. The decoration is lovely and the house has all the amenities needed, plus everything to allow you to enjoy a relaxing vacations. You can also enjoy all the amenities from the club. Only thing missing is free WiFi. Thanks a lot.
