Wonderfully relaxing break
Having recently had a heart attack, our holiday dynamics changed dramatically as it became more about rest and relaxation for me. This was just the perfect spot, at the far end of Meia Praia beach, lovely and quiet (apart from the neighbours dogs) with great views of the sea and Lagos town. Jenny and the management company were fantastic, we had a couple of minor issues that were sorted immediately. The pool was fantastic, the family spent lots of time in there, and we even had a few games of table tennis. Ultimately, the best compliment I can pay is that we'd love to come back as soon as we can

Nice but with upgrades it would be fantastic
We all loved the location, view, veranda and the pool. That being said we all agreed that the mattresses need to be replaced with new ones, along with the dining room chairs which were falling apart. We needed to use the pillows from the couches to sitting in the chairs. We were constantly putting the nobles back on the chairs and some of the spindle off the back of chairs. We also had to have some of the locks replace due to not functioning properly. We reported that one of bathroom light need to be replace but after our three weeks stay it still was not done. One of our group members had a large amount of money stolen. We had secured the front gate and we were all at the pool. The day in question day there were two different pool cleaners and the housekeeping service at the villa so we cannot say when or who took the funds. We reported the incident to the manager, but basically received lip service. We found the owner to be a lovely lady who help us though every step of your booking and check-in. However, the villa management team needs to have a more hands on attitude to ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. We highly recommended the upgrades be completed soonest and that the maintenance is done on a regular basis rather than only as required. Would we stay there again, yes, if things get replaced with new ones and the maintenance if done on a regular basis.

As many have already said the Villa is in great location with excellent views and all the amenities you would want. Nice to have English TV, limited channels but enough. The Villa is Ideal for an extended family, with lots of open space and very homely. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it didn't go without a couple of issues and as this is an honest report it's only fair to comment on these. We arrived and couldn't get access at the correct time as the cleaner was still working. We had to kill a couple of hours. Not the owners fault just the previous occupants being inconsiderate and not leaving on time. I went up to the pool and noticed quite a lot of surface debris. I'm no expert but I put this down to the water lever being too low. The pumps were working but the two openings at the other end which take away the water for filtering and recycling were a couple of inches above the water line so the floating debris had no where to go. The pool man came on Wed, five days after we had arrived, and had to leave a hose topping up the pool for about six hours. OK so that was the pool sorted, on Tues we had a toilet block up. We contacted that agent who sent a drain man he said the septic tank was full and the agent would need to contact the council to empty it. Until that was done, a total of 4 days, our entire family was advised just to use the very small en-suit off one of the bedrooms. That's 6 adults and 1 child. Anyone needing the toilet at night had to come through our bedroom, not great. After the tank was emptied it was still blocked and the drain man had to come back. I do feel that a thing like a septic tank should be serviced on a regular basis to avoid the issue of this inconvenience happening when paying guests are there. Having had these issues the question is would we go to this Villa again, probably.

Great location
The house has a perfect location for access to the beach and walking in the neighborhood. We were there with a dog and it was perfect with her. Also the garden is very nice for the dog (it is fully fenced). The house itself has anything you need. The furniture and facilities are a bit outdated, bathrooms are standard of many decades ago (e.g. separate outlets for warm and cold water) and could need some renovation, but it’s ok. The house has no central heating and no A/C and the isolation is not very good. The only heating options are electric heaters and a fireplace (which is cosy). We were there in January so it was quite cold in the house. It needed „heating management“, especially as the old electricity lines do not tolerate more than two heaters running at the same time. But we managed it quite well so the temperature in the house was ok then. The cleaning worked very well. The communication with the owner was also very good and she was very friendly and helpful. The absolute best thing about the house is the view, which is priceless. You have it from almost everywhere in the house. If you accept that the interior standards are a bit outdated, I can fully recommend this house.

Excellent accommodation
Had a long stay here and loved the place. Easy to get too and has everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The villa has a beautiful veranda and the pool stunning views of the beach towards Lagos town. Is not new but has characteriser and shall certainly be back.

Great Villa in a great location
Lovely Villa in a great location. 5 minute walk to the beach and train station, or 25 minute walk to Lagos. The villa has everything you could need for a lovely holiday. All the facilities are there and you have privacy from the terraces and pool. Jenny couldn't be any more helpful and the communication is brilliant right down to the directions which are really good. If you want a relaxing holiday with hustle and bustle not far away this place is for you. 2nd stay and will not be the last!

Great location away from touristy areas
Jenny was an excellent host and property manager - when our gps couldn’t find the location Jenny immediately responded with detailed directions. The kids LOVED the pool and ping ping table. Excellent location if you are looking to enjoy the area and avoid the touristy downtown yet is a short drive from everything. Walking distance to a lovely beach.

We had the best holiday.. Our First visit to Portugal.. After somewhat indepth covid testing and not knowing for months if we could go or not finally we enjoyed the beautiful villa which is well equipped and had stunning panoramic views or lagos and the sea.. The pool was such a great bonus.. So refreshing private and very clean and great size with seating in sun and shade.. We loved the table tennis and bbq.. The perfect beach house
The house is wonderful, light and airy with views across the bay to Lagos and to the sea. The 3 bedrooms facing the sea allow you to drift off to the sound of waves lapping the shore. The living room has the most amazing views to the coast through three large windows and gives access to the terrace that runs right around the house. There are so many parts of the house that you can sit and enjoy the location, not least the large pool area above the house. Something else we loved was how many different kinds of birds are living in the trees just outside the house and happy to come and take any crumbs you’ll offer them. Overall an amazing house in a wonderful location, fully equipped for a very relaxing holiday. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone connected to managing the house, particularly the warm reception we got from housekeeper, Mina. Suitable for a couple or larger group.

Julies Tour
This is an annual trip by to Casa dasTres Palmeiras, as it is the most relaxing place with stunning views, close to the beach and it's fabulous fish restaurants, it is well-equipped as a holiday house, with the private pool, games, table tennis, music.....and the weather was perfect!.......the closest place to Heaven!

Charming villa with beautiful views
Villa is nicely laid out with plenty of space for our party of four adults and three children. The pool area is lovely and set above the house with wonderful sea views. Ample terraces surrounding the property so it is always possible to find somewhere either in or out of the sun. We stayed in February, so not much open nearby; but we expected this. In season there are restaurants and beach bars within a short walk. Beautiful long and sandy beach just a few minutes walk from the villa. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. Plenty of help and advice from the owners and their agent both before and during our short stay. Heartily recommended.

Fantastic views - very private
The villa has a really homely feel. We were surprised to receive a lovely welcome pack with wine, soft drinks, nibbles, etc. The villa was very clean and comfortable - the log burner kept us warm in the evenings. It was a great place to stay - easy to walk down to the beach restaurants for fabulous fish and vinho verde....and 45 minutes to walk along the beach to the Marina. We will certainly go again!

The best position on the Algarve!
3 weeks of wall to wall sunshine, table tennis, swimming, barbeques - easy walk down to the beach bars to enjoy prawns, squid and draught Vinho Verde......what could be nicer!

Die Unterkunft war alles in allem sehr schön. Es sind vier sehr schöne Schlafzimmer mit einem sehr gemütlichen Wohnzimmer inkl. Kamin. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Lagos sehr genossen. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Familienurlaub
Check-in hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön. Man hat von der Terrasse und vom Pool aus eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Teilweise sind die Räumlichkeiten durch die Anordnung der Möbel etwas beengt, so dass man nicht alle Fenster oder Schränke ganz öffnen kann. Das finde ich etwas schade, aber es hat der Erholung keinen Abbruch getan. Wir haben uns alle (6 Erwachsene) sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub sehr genossen. Es empfiehlt sich, etwas gegen Mücken und Ameisen dabei zu haben.

Christmas in Odiaxere
We had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren in the beautiful villa at Christmas. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there was sufficient space for everybody. The large living room could easily be heated by the fireplace. The grandchildren loved the pingpong table. The views from the living room, bed rooms and veranda are magnificent. There was always a place around the house or swimming pool to enjoy the sun. A long beautiful beach is at 5 minutes walking distance and Lagos 5 minutes by car.

Super fijne plek voor een heerlijke vakantie
Mooie villa, de locatie is echt perfect, 5 min lopen naar fantastisch strand. Het zwembad is groot en schoon, zoveel ruimte om het huis, altijd wel ergens zon (of schaduw, maar wij waren in februari dus gingen voor zon). Van alle gemakken voorzien. Misschien wat verouderde onderdelen (met name de bank binnen, maar die wordt vervangen begrepen wij), maar de plek en de sfeer van de villa maken alles goed. Echt fantastische service van de villa management en goed contact met de eigenaar. Al met al willen wij heel graag nog eens terugkomen!

Superbes vacances !
C'est LA maison idéale pour des vacances géniales !!! Non seulement la maison est suréquipée mais elle offre une vue mer exceptionnelle. Sa localisation permet d'aller à la plage à pied et de rayonner sur tout l'Algarve. Nous étions 4 adultes, 3 enfants et 1 chien et tout le monde a été conquis par cette maison.

Wir haben mit der Villa einen Ort gefunden, an dem wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, die Lage ist perfekt und das Haus ist toll mit seiner Aufteilung, dem Pool und dem Blick aufs Meer!!!

Tolle Location
Beim vierten Mal in Lagos hat es uns an den Rand von Maia Praia in dieses Haus verschlagen. Während überall sonst heftig Trubel herrscht, kann man hier in Ruhe einen tollen Urlaub verbringen. Super Blick auf die Küste und Lagos, Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, privater Pool, immer ein Fleckchen auf der Terrasse, an dem wahlweise Schatten oder Sonne ist und kein oder mehr Wind herrscht. Lokale und ein kleiner Laden sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer will, kann mit der fußlüfig erreichbaren Bahn nach Portimao oder Lagos fahren, ansonsten erweitert ein Auto den Erlebnisbereich fantastisch, da es an der Westküste (irre Surferstrände) und auch die ganze Südküste entlang Traumstrände gibt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Das Haus ist mit allem Erforderlichen eingerichtet!! Nur Mina bringt keine Fichte (siehe Werbetext), aber dafür frische Wäsche und ein geputztes Haus :-).

Le paradis
Cette maison est le paradis sur terre, une vue imprenable sur l’océan à partir des chambres, de la terrasse ainsi que de la piscine. La maison est parfaitement équipée que ce soit pour manger, pour se divertir (piscine, transat, jeux, table de ping pong...). La plage est à 400 mètres à pied. La ville de Lagos est très jolie grâce à sa marina ainsi que son magnifique centre ville. Les plages de l’Algarve sont toutes somptueuses et les habitants sont très charmants. Merci à l'agence pour la petite attention qui nous attendait à notre arrivée. A recommander sans modération...
