It was a good stay, clean hotel, comfortable beds and the breakfast was amazing Only downside is they don’t help with luggage my husband had to carry all suitcases himself

The hotel is relatively new with helpful staff. The location is remote with a lot of road traffic in and out. The hotel has strange food restrictions even cookies aren't allowed in. Compared with similar hôtels around the globe either within the same group or against competitor such as Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott or GHA group, this is a major pitfall.

L hotel magnifique mais il vous faut ma voiture car vous faite un trajet 45 min en taxi pour visiter le soir pour sortire en familles pour ce promener compliquer dans la zone l hotel manque ambiance animation pour la famille le restaurant buffets a volonté mais pour 4 étoile on devrait choisire sur une carte apres y a une chose que je comprends pas le café a 500 dinars je trouve ca énorme alors que le coca cola il est a 400 dinars par contre les personnel sur le service il sont vraiment top et agreable Hotel magnifique Hotel propres Personnel service au top Manque animation Et l endroits il faut la voiture

Tip top hébergement, propreté, nous étions dans une grande chambre. le personnel du restaurant est très agréable et au petits soins pour les clients. Une très bonne note pour Djamila super pro des massages ainsi que pour l'excellente cuisinière qui prepare le pain et les semens👏👏👏 Je conseille cet hotel d'excellente facture.

Tres bonne experience, le mercure na rien a envier du sofitel ou sheraton d’alger. Propreté amabililite du pefsonnel tout y est. Petit bemol: l’organisation on est pas loin mais il reste du chemin. 1 personne au spa qui masse, qui prend les rdv qui donne les serviettes, 1 personne a l’accueil, personne au bar de la piscine faut le faire appeler. Bref sans ca super

Hormis le personnel au check in qui a été incapable de comprendre que ma taxe de séjour était déjà inscrite sur mon reçu de réservation qui était de 27.40e ( 3970 dinars) il a exigé sans explication rationnelle que je devais payer le double a savoir 9200 dinars ... Une réclamation sera faite au service client du groupe Mercure . Mais a part ça superbe hôtel, super buffet , chambres propre et digne du groupe Mercure 5 étoiles . Rien a dire .

Séjour magnifique, la propreté est au top, le personnel au petit soin. Nous avons profité du room service qui est juste parfait, la cuisine et le petit déjeuner délicieux et varié il y en a pour tous les goûts. La piscine et les extras au top. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hesitation.
