"Sleeps 9 people in beds, however 4 of those are bunk beds and one room has a bunk bed and single. There is also a couch if needed. The pool is excellent and inside facilities amble for our short stay. Because of our numbers the BBQ was a little small but we managed - everyone in our group enjoyed there stay and would both recommend to friends and stay again."

"We've had a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa. We loved the house, the garden qnd the swimming pool. It was very hot during our stay (up to 40 one day!) but there was always a cool place in the shade in the garden or the pool or under the terrace with the roof fans. We explored Valencia and nearby attractions in the mornings (most things seemed to be around 20-30 mins drive) and spent the afternoons at the house. "This is a spacious 4 bed villa that is well equipped for all your needs. The on-site manager and owner were very responsive to queries and problems. The only real problem was that you need to take care with the electrics, especially the fridge, and not overhead the system. It’s better to fill the fridge over a couple of days rather than ram it full on day 1! You need a car a car as there are no local shops, and the metro into València (at August 2023) is truncated, so you need a car to get to...

"We found this property to be even more charming than the pictures and description. We loved every thoughtful detail. Paul and Gema are amazing and accommodating. Always ready to help. We loved this home so much! We now have treasured memories here for which we will always be grateful. It was even difficult to get our kids to leave to go sightseeing! "Lovely villa with absolutely stunning views. If you are looking for scenery and alot less people then this is the place for you. Definately need a car. Valencia beach, which is also amazing is about 1 hour again but there is a lovely lake nearby to also swim in. If you like hustle amd bustle not the place for you but if chilaxing is your thing, stock up at the supermarket and enjoy the place."

"We couldn't have asked for a lovelier vacation in Spain. Henri, Inge and Flynn greeted us. They stayed in contact throughout the trip, checking to be sure all was well and that we were enjoying our stay. The villa was immaculate with so much style. The grounds were well kept and had lots of special areas to coalesce and enjoy the beautiful landscaping. We'll be back! Thank you, Henri and Inge, for a special time in Spain we'll never forget."

"We were only here for a single night passing through Valencia. They accommodated our late evening arrival without problem and were super helpful in booking an early morning taxi to the airport.
