This modern vacation apartment on the second floor of the complex "La Isla" is located in the "Condado de Alhama Golf Resort" and offers a living area, a dining area and a kitchenette. From the living room and the master bedroom you have access to the terrace with views of the mountains and the pond. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
A short walk from the apartment is the town center "Al Kasar" where there are bars, restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket. There is also an outdoor gym, play areas for children and 2 infinity pools on the complex. The 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus is also located in the main complex 'Condado de Alhama' and has a clubhouse where food and drinks are served.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open all year.

One month winter stay
This is a lovely apartment with good facilities. However, it is cold in the winter due to being North facing and receiving no sun. Unfortunately the permanent neighbours next door also have barking dogs.

Zona muy tranquila y limpia, el personal muy atento y responsable, la urbanización muy bonita 👌😊
Estaba muy bien, no estaba recargado de muebles el apartamento, quizás faltaban más utensilios de cocina por ejemplo: batidora, tijeras y solo había una sartén 🌞
