  • Beautiful penthouse on the golf course, very close to the shopping centre and the entrance to the Golf Club. It boasts stunning views of the golf course and the Sierra de Espuña. The nearby beaches and coves of Bolnuevo and Puerto de Mazarrón are perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean. The climate of the Region of Murcia, with guaranteed sunshine all year round, is ideal for unwinding.
    The apartment is perfect for enjoying a few days of peace and quiet—whether you love golf, the beach, or the mountains (Sierra Espuña), or simply want to relax, Condado de Alhama is the place for you.
    The building has a beautiful pool, though the entire resort is full of them, all at your disposal. The 18-hole golf course is one of the best in Europe and is perfect for enjoying any time of year. There are tennis, padel, football, and basketball courts available (for a fee). In the Al-Kazar centre, you’ll find a supermarket, as well as several bars, pubs, and restaurants.
