Inside the home, which can accommodate up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms, you will find everything necessary for a comfortable stay: 5 televisions (including a 55-inch LG screen), high-speed Wi-Fi connection with 500Mb fibre optic (ideal for teleworking or enjoying games on PS3 with included controllers), Netflix, fireplace for cooler evenings and a bathroom with hydromassage to relax.

For sports lovers, the plot has a basketball hoop and a football goal, perfect for organizing outdoor matches throughout the year. In addition, the independent kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more.



The location is another of its great attractions: just 35 km from the beaches of Marbella, 6 km from Lauro Golf, 2 km from Alhaurín el Grande and close to supermarkets and services.
