"Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived very early in the morning and they managed to check me in a little while later, to the moment I departed, I was treated like royalty. Nothing was too hard. The staff are absolutely delightful, offering coffee, water or a friendly chat. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Pool was incredible with the attentive staff providing towels and iced water, along with little treats throughout the day. I tried the Astor Grill and Novikov and both were excellent. Can’t wait to go back!"

"This was my first visit to Doha and I experienced a great customer service at this hotel. Starting from security, receptionist, dining staff and property manager we were very welcomed! Any questions or concerns were resolved immediately. Loved this place, perfect room and needs all what family is looking for. Great security system in each floor. Very convenient to go to any sightseeing places. I really appreciate all staff at this hotel for their great customer service, knowledge and kindness. Definitely, if I am back, I will be staying at this hotel."
