Staff were very good and well-informed. But when amenities are minimal it’s a frustration if one of them, like the television for example, doesn’t work! "

The room was beautiful, clean & beds were very comfortable. All staff were attentive, efficient & friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for our trip! "

"The room was clean and as showed in the pictures. The breakfast was very nice. Cereal, scrambled eggs, pastries, ham, cheese, etc. the hotel is very close to the train station and only 20 minutes to Madrid city centre (Sol station). Please bear in mind that to take the “Cercanías” train is a different system than metro so you will need to have 2 different cards."
