A beautiful two bedroom condo overlooking the sea. Ana was fantastic with check-in. So helpful. Condo was nice and clean. I think the owner should at least leave salt, pepper and oil but otherwise excellent. Would stay again for sure.

Lovely place to stay outside Alicante

Excellent complex with all the facilities you need. Nice pool, 2 x Jacuzzi and Pool bar. Would recommend this property Booking through Hotels was simple and follow up from Alejandra we superb. Easy access to the super beach Most of the local restaurants had started to close down early November so be aware of this.

DO NOT BOOK:The Worst Hotel You’ll ever have

They left a broken bracelet in the room and are now charging me €100 for it. No staff, no phone contact — just WhatsApp, and they ignore you when you actually need help. Check-in was a nightmare. No parking instructions, no garage key, no response when I called. Later they said they “didn’t know we had a car.” Seriously? When we finally got in — late at night, after walking back and forth to get the key — we saw one bracelet was already broken. I took a photo immediately, with full metadata, showing it was taken that night. They gave us no checkout instructions. Then, after checkout time, they suddenly claimed we broke a bracelet and demanded €100. I sent my photo with proof. Their response? A random photo of six intact bracelets, supposedly taken Thursday at 2 PM — no date, no metadata, nothing. Just their word. How do I know someone didn’t break it in between? Why is that my fault? Feels like a scam. They ignored my proof and keep pushing for the money. You’ve ruined my image of Spain and Alicante. And seriously — what kind of bracelet costs €100? Is it made of gold? Hotels.com should remove rotten places like this from the listings. Otherwise, this hotel will only create more victims, and Hotels.com’s credibility will hit rock bottom.

Finger weg von MYFLATS

Die Anlage befindet sich in einem gutem Zustand - das über hotels.com von MYFLATS.COM angebotene Appartement enspricht LEIDER NICHT der Beschreibung. Verkauft und abgerechnet wurde ein anderes Apartment mit vollständigen Meerblick aus allen Zimmern. Nach der Buchung meldet sich MYFLATS mit einer Mail, das es leider einen Fehler im "System" gegeben hätte und deshalb das höherwertige Zimmer verkauft wurde. Man könn aber das "letzte" Apartment in der Anlage anbieten. Dies ist schlicht gelogen, da über den gesamten Zeitraum Apartments in dieser Anlage angeboten wurden. Immer in der höheren Kategorie. Ebenfalls ist zu erwähnen, dass eine Sicherheitsleistung von 200 Euro vor Ort verlangt wurde. Dies kam ebenfalls überraschend. Das Apartment war sauber jedoch abgenutzt und billig zusammengestellt. Finger weg von MYFLATS

Heel fijn appartement met waanzinnig uitzicht. Het strand ligt letterlijk voor de deur. Als je met de balkondeuren open slaapt hoor je het ruisen van de zee. Groot balkon met ochtend- en middagzon. Het zwembad is verwarmd en heeft een fijn restaurant/bar. Het complex wordt goed bijgehouden en ziet er netjes uit. Eigen parkeerplaats in de overdekte parkeergarage. Geen negatieve punten te ontdekken. Foto’s geven exacte weergave van de locatie weer. De hostes heeft ons uit de brand kunnen helpen met een sleutelprobleem. Super! Binnen 10 minuten zit je in hartje centrum van Alicante.
