Wonderful apartment, bright and sunny, very clean and cozy, wonderful terrace, with parking included in the price. High quality mattresses, like 100% cotton household linen also free.

First time in Alicante so not sure what to expect. Really happy with the apartment, which was really quiet street and close to lots cafes, bakeries and supermarkets. Also in walking distance of the marina and other popular attractions. The apartment was clean and Eva was great at communicating and met us at check in to show us around the apartment.
Perfect location with everything we needed. The property had a big balcony which was ideal for our family meals. Supermarkets close by and an easy walk to the harbour, cafes and beach. We will book again.Thank you Eva.
Our host Eva was fantastic. She coordinated to meet us for check-in with a delayed flight, explained everything to us and helped meet all our needs. Her penthouse is spacious with 2 large bathrooms, a large kitchen and a fantastic, sun-filled terrace….a favorite reading and coffee spot for us. It’s near everything you need and within quick walking distance to beach, castle, shopping, train, bus and markets.
Perfect location to explore Alicante. Everything was in walking distance and with two supermarkets within a two minute walk and hundreds of restaurants within 10 minutes - many even closer it is ideal for a city break. 500m to the marina and the sea front restaurants; 800m to the beach - and the lift to the castle, it was amazing. The bonus of a parking space and the balcony for breakfast and suppers outside, and sunbeds if you wanted them, was the icing on the cake. Would 100% recommend.
Our second time here, and once again is was brilliant. Everything in the apartment was great, and the location is excellent. Check-in was great, with us being met and given the keys etc.. Eva was great in communicating with us, and organising a parking space for my cousin who came to visit us. This is an ideally situated apartment, with a huge terrace, which has the sun all day. Quiet, central, with all amenities close to hand. Thoroughly recommend people to use it.
Clean, spacious apartment in great location. The internet worked perfectly for the remote worker in our group. The outdoor space was large and enjoyable too. Eva was very quick to reply to a question and we appreciated her recommendations. We would stay again!
The apartment is exactly as described. VERY central, but in a quiet street. A Big apartment made to a high standard, and very secure. Very clean. Large bathrooms that looked like the had recently been re-furbished, and 3 comfortable bedrooms.
Great kitchen with EVERYTHING you could want for a great holiday. Air conditioning for the full apartment (which was needed as it was 35 degrees while we were there!!!!).
Eva was brilliant with her communications with us, and met us at the apartment to show us around. She got in touch with us our 3rd day to see if everything was okay.
A HUGE balcony that thas the sun all day, but also has 2 large canopies if required. It was great having breakfast there, and relaxing there after a day touring Alicante, and also having a quiet drink on an evening.

This is a thoughtfully presented apartment in a great location. It has all you need for a wonderful stay. There was nothing more we needed and Eva was so very helpful. Things that are so necessary for a comfortable stay, all of which were provided : air con, WiFi, parking space for small car, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a fabulous balcony. Thank you.
A wonderful apartment with a large sunny balcony in a great part of the city but could be superb with minor adjustments .We would recommend to stay there but not really suitable for 6 adults due to bunk beds and a pull out bed . Eva the host was very attentive.
Apartment was fantastic, especially the terrace, it was lovely to be able to sit out and have sun for the whole day. Location is great, not too far from the beach and good area for shopping, restaurants and cafés.
Apartment was very clean and comfortable, it also had everything we could have needed.
Eva was so welcoming and kind, she even checked in through a message to ensure everything was OK which I was very grateful for. Eva also let us stay a little longer on checkout day due to our late flight time, again we all very much appreciated this as it meant we had another day to relax/explore.
We would all highly recommend Eva's apartment and would 100% stay here again if in Alicante.

Svært sentralt i Alicante. Gåavstand til alt man måtte ønske å besøke. Svært godt vedlikeholdt leilighet, svært stor og bra takterrasse/balkong med markise som skjermet godt på den varmeste tiden på dagen. Anbefales på det varmeste.

Es un piso con muy buenas calidades, con todo disponible: menaje de cocina, dos baños, una impresionante terraza y buen trato de Eva. Quizás la distancia a la playa, 20 minutos andando, es lo único que no nos convenció.

Nice appartment in the city center of Alicante
The appartment was clean and equipped with everything that we needed. It has two bathrooms, a nice terrace and everything was clean. The appartment is located in the city center and we could reach everything in Alicante by foot. There is also a tram station nearby to visit the surroundings of the city, e.g. Benidorm or Altea and some beaches. Eva is a very nice and caring host. She even got us something for breakfast as we arrived very late in the evening and also organised us a taxi as we had to leave at 4am in the morning. Muchas gracias para todo, Eva!
